New management and New employees at this location ASAP. I will never come back to this KFC ever again and I advise anyone else to not go to this location as well until they get their standards correct when it comes to running a business. I ordered from the drive thru around 6ishh Saturday and at first it seemed okay until you received the food. Let me just say the quality of the food is disgusting and well over the food temperature into the danger zone. It’s like they had the Chicken strips over 4 hours in the food warmer they were so dried and old. The fries were just as stale and old as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. None of the food was fresh at all. After all of that I decided to go inside and spoke with one of the employees to get fresh food and I asked to speak to the manager about the situation, while the manager was standing right behind her and guess what?? They weren’t busy at all it was dead as ever and No acknowledgement from the manager, she just walked away and the two employees working with the manager started smirking and laughing (mariah is one of them) I didn’t get the other employee name or the managers name which was a woman. I don’t think any of this is funny because that is a serious health hazard to customers that purchase food from them who can be sick from the bacteria that it can cause from the food that’s been sitting in the warmer for so long. Foodborne illness is very serious they didn’t throw any of the bad chicken away or fries nothing was fresh and as you can see in the pictures below you can definitely tell the difference. Customers before and after me the food was served horribly. Your manager could have spoken to me about the situation and apologized or gave me eye contact.. something but no she didn’t care at all just handed me the food as if that was going to fix the issue. If your staff does not care about the food they serve or how they take care of their customers than this is not the establishment for them because if I would of got sick eating this food without complaining or even a secret shopper I would immediately shut this place down and call the health department. Fix it or don’t this place already has a lot of bad reviews I’m surprised it’s still open.Your chicken should always look fresh and tasty. Unacceptable

The food was terrible, and so was the service. The young man fixing orders and basically running the whole store.His pants was down his butt, there was a young girl in the front but I think she was mute because she never said a mumbling word. The food literally made my tongue and lips numb!

Drive through.. 8/26/23 around 130ish pm. the way the she spoke thru drive thru she act like she don’t like her job and don’t want to be at work. Very dry…..But you can drive out to Frankfort and Orland to KFC and you are greeted very professionally and its welcoming. Please work on your tone thru the drive through.. If you don’t like your job, just find another one. Don’t take it out on the customers we just want to eat

The bad reviews about this place are correct, I watched the car in front of me hand their food back twice cause it wasn’t right. I ordered a 3 piece meal 2 breast and a wing original recipe with mash potatoes and gravy. They gave me 2 hard fried chicken breast instead of original recipe, no wing and a coleslaw. AND WATCH THEM BECAUSE THEY DO PURPOSELY NOT GIVE YOU YOUR RECEIPT SO YOU CANT TRY TO ARGUE YOUR ORDER WAS WRONG! they literally just give you food to get people to go away and will ignore their phone cause most of their calls are complaints

It was 7:10pm on a Wednesday and this location closes at 10pm. I went to the drive-thru to order dinner for my family. I ordered two thighs, three legs, and two breasts. The employee informed me that all they had were wings and legs. I asked “Can you make some breasts and thighs?” The employee with straight up attitude said “NO”. Feel sorry for the owner that pays employees to do absolutely nothing. This will be another empty building in Homewood soon.

Ordered two buckets of original !!!!! Chicken got home the chicken looked old and it was hard. Called they never answered the phone, I called more that 4x. How do you expect older people to eat this. I’ll travel to the city next time. Two buckets that can’t be eaten, so unprofessional that they don’t answer the phones.

This KFC is in my area, 10mins away actually, however if I have to drive to the otherside of town thats exactly what I’ll do. THIS WAS THEE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I went through the drive thru where the automated introduction was friendlier and had more personality then the young lady who asked my order. She act as if it was a bother, “yea can I help you?” Then when I pulled around to get my order. She reiterated my total and that was it., DIDNT EVEN SAY HELLO!!! I gave her my card, she processed it, Gave me my card back, closed the window, returned with my order, no thank you, no have a nice day.. just closed the window… Listen, I’m good. My dollars can be spent elsewhere. There should be a complete RESTRUCTURE & REHIRE PERIOD!! WHY….WHY…WHYYYYY are company’s allowing and accepting poor customer service. I almost said “only in our area” BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT because even in hood Shanika gonna say “hello” … Lil Dave gonna say “thank you, yall come back” and will laugh and talk with you. I’m not looking for a friend BUT DIS MY MONEY…that assist in keeping a business open. Where would any business be without customers!! GO BACK OLD SCHOOL AND MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE AND SET A STANDARD AGAIN!!

I would not recommend anyone go to this kfc. Our order is never right. This past time I waited 20+ minutes out front because my tenders weren’t ready. They forgot about me. So I pulled back through the drive through to wait another 10 min. Finally got my food and opened the box at home to find out I got 6 tenders instead of 12. They also don’t answer the phone at this location , like ever.
