Very disappointed! I ordered an 8 piece meal and paid $27. When I got home, I found there was only 7 “pieces” in the bucket. Three of them were so small that if you put them together it would barely make 1 decent-sized piece. ♀️ The 1st pic shows the 3 I’m referring to. I’m holding the wing, on the left is the bone from the one and only leg in the bucket, which I’d eaten before I realized the shortage, and I don’t even know what that 3rd piece was supposed to be. I included pics showing my hand/finger for perspective. Now, I don’t have small hands, but I’m also not a giant. In all fairness, I eat at this KFC all the time and they’re usually pretty good, but they totally missed the mark this time. The quality wasn’t bad, but I still didn’t get what I paid for. Plus, I haven’t yet given them an opportunity to make it right, but I really shouldn’t have to… right? ♀️

I had a taste for chicken so I ordered from KFC through grubhub, it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. My food was still hot. I did a lunch box special and my chicken was juicy and crunchy and very fulfilling. You got alot with your meal for the price. I will definitely order from here again.

I just left kcf get to my job to enjoy my meal this is what I get very disappointed this not my first time having a problem with but this will be my last time coming here spending my money here . Wouldn’t recommend this location at all highly disappointed .

Asked for a cup to drink some water while I waited for my food. I was told by the manager they only had bottled water I said I just wanted a small cup for water from the soda fountain. She replied they didn’t have any I pushed the water button and said what is wrong with it its working fine. She then said I had to buy a cup for water.. I spent over $80.00 on chicken and couldn’t even get a courtesy cup of water on this hot day after working outside all day and picking up food for my family. I’ve never had this problem at the oaklawn location.

Hadn’t been here in a while the service was a little slow on the inside. The was cold and it seemed to be old. I requested crispy and it was very hard and dry. It will probably be another while before I go back there.

We ordered Chicken Strips, Fried Chicken, and large fries. The chicken strips were so good with KFC sauce. The fries weren’t that good, when they got cold. Fried chicken was old and it was so hard to chew. I would recommend you to try their chicken strips with the KFC sauce.

Bad experience with Adriana unprofessional this is not my first time I’ve been there before she always mean mug people we pay for our food we don’t get nothing for free people don’t deserve this. I had a doordash order as a driver i pulled up to the drive-thru and the lady told me it’s a 15min wait and to pull to the side and she would bring it to me when it was ready. I ended up waiting for 45min and nothing so i went inside and 2 employees were just standing there doing nothing and one of them was on her phone. I asked them what was taking so long for my doordash order and asked what was going on and both of them just looked at each other confused. Then the one that i encountered at the drive-thru window went to the side and picked up 2 bags and gave them to me. I then asked if the order was sitting there the whole time and how long was this order ready for. They both just looked at me with bewilderment and no answer from anyone. I took the bags n stormed out. This was so ridiculous that the customers food was just sitting there and no one bothered to bring it to me. As a doordash driver time is money and i lost out on more orders bc of the incompetence of the employees. Also how long was the order really sitting there getting cold. The drive-thru employee should be disciplined for there actions.
