So I’ve been going to this kfc for years and recently this past year or so has been a completely different situation. The chicken has been okay since recently, now this is the only kfc I will go to. Who ever is cooking at 3pm-4pm needs a raise, they get the perfect crisp on the original and I’ve noticed they cook the chicken in such a way the bones literally fall apart. That’s hard to do. Anyways I definitely would recommend this joint, if you get one bad order, try again. On the good days, I swear this is some good chicken

Potpie was on point! Still nice a big, good veggies and REAL chicken breast. Wanted to try the nuggets, they looked just okay but they were delicious! The problem was the ant infestation around the dirty, wet, sticky soda station indicating that it isn’t cleaned often nor well. And the 3 staff members I saw, while friendly and welcoming were standing around chatting instead of washing down and disinfecting the soda station.

I hadn’t been to a KFC in a while but after recently downloading the App I decided to go. The App is pretty user friendly and I like the convenience of ordering ahead for “Quick Pickup”. Although the Chicken was good I did notice that the Flavor has changed from what I remember. I ordered a Chicken only Original recipe bucket. They do give you the option to choose the chicken pieces I chose legs and thighs only. I may have to try it again to compare both the original and crispy chicken for taste .

Today was the worst experience I’ve had at a KFC location. I went through the drive-through to pick up my order, which is what I always do. Prior to today l’ve never had an issue. Today they stated I needed me to get out the car and come into the store to get my online order. I did not have a coat on, so I requested it they could just cancel the order. Louis, whom I’m assuming is the supervisor said that he will make a one time exception. Once I got my food, I noticed that it was the wrong order. Louis was very condescending and treated every statement in a hostile manner. The order was different for what I originally submitted, and instead of canceling it like I requested, he kept stating that I needed to not make this more than what it was, and that he can just make the order himself, even though they didn’t have what I wanted. It seemed very racially motivated, perpetuating an angry black woman stereotype. Even though I did not raise my voice, he continued to over speak me. He kept repeating for my to make not it more than it was even though I only stated to cancel the order as they did not have the desired food. After continuously repeating that I wanted my order canceled, he finally states I can go on the app and cancel it. I went on the app at the window and asked him where it was located because the cancellation option was not visible. He then says it’s not on the app, I have to reorder and call a number. When asked number to call, he stated some where on the website. Most dysfunctional service I’ve received from any establishment in a long time. store 554

I ordered a 4 tenders meal. They refused to give me more than 1 sauce for my meal. I didn’t want a handful. I wanted 2 and that request was refused. I will get chicken elsewhere in the future.

Just got KFC from this location tonight. I ordered through the drive thru and had to pull around and wait for 30 minutes to get my food. The chicken was cold and my son’s Mac and Cheese looked like soup or something. It was nothing like the Mac and Cheese we’ve gotten at KFC in the past. I called the location and got a “sorry bout it” from the staff. Dinner went in the garbage and I’m out $30. I would not recommend this location.

Like most people I only came here since I had a coupon in the mail that was real good deal. I walk in the store 12:30ish and only two workers are working (2 women). 1 is taking the orders and the other is the background hustling getting the orders out. Two male workers are on break. The restaurant it self could’ve used a little TLC wipe down. The kitchen is huge in the inside but with 1 person working can be overwhelming. I have no problems workers taking their breaks but during “rush time” I think sending people eariler or after the rush would be better. Thanks to that 1 woman in her vibe for getting my food out.

Not normally a KFC visitor, but wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. Stopped here and purchased the sandwich, it was delicious. Huge piece of meat, with mayo and pickle. Mine was without pickle. Service was prompt and efficient. I tried all the major players chicken sandwich’s, this was the best. Sandwich is $3.99
