So I just brought a meal at KFC 4/21/23 and was told that KFC had some changes. When I asked what’s the deal with the small kid size cups?I was shocked !!! I was informed that KFC corporate office did this recent change and this is the new Medium size cups. . It’s so funny because KFC’s corporate office said they didn’t change the cup sizes and apologized for this nickel and dime tactic to save money, though I still pay full a price. You just lost a local customer who is very vocal in the community. Shame on the Downers Grove KFC location I took a photo next to a water bottle.

Sometimes I don’t know what to say about these fast food places. I wasn’t rushed as I placed my order and it was quick service. I do not eat the chicken from kfc but I do like their mashed potatoes, biscuits, and Mac n cheese. It’s a typical kfc with typical kfc food- you can’t really go wrong.

First time here & most certainly my last. My daughters were hungry and wanted some KFC, brought them in at 1:48pm placed our order and didn’t get our food until 2:15. Chicken was hard, a bit cold not HOT, the cook seemed to be only working with one hand while the other was in a cast?! As customers walked in they were told there’d be a 20 minute wait and walked right back out.

Guys what happened to your restaurant if I could give you a zero I would the fish with soggy not fresh the chicken was old hard. We got original chicken and it was literally no flavor and disgusting. Literally did not enjoy my meal., also we ate inside the restaurant they gave us biscuits they were literally like hockey pucks not even exaggerating to bounce them off the floor they were so hard so unfortunately spent all that money to eat.

The service here is usually a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fast and the workers are friendly, other times the wait is long and the employees are rude. The quality of food is pretty standard for any average KFC. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders fill up box. There is a drive thru and it’s merged with a Long John Silvers. Located off of 75th.
