Drive thru was packed so I ran in to get famous bowl meal. The lady was super polite and friendly. They did an amazing job remodeling the place. My order can up fairly fast so I went to my car and drove away. While driving down the road I realized they did not put a fork or spoon to eat he bowl with. I stopped at another restaurant down the street and asked for a utensil. First bite the chicken had a little gristle. The other piece of chicken were no better. Sorry, won’t be coming back.

The biggest problem with this place is the inconsistency in customer service. If you’re trying to get the new Double Down sandwich do not go here during lunch because the people work in the Drive-Thru will lie to you and tell you that they don’t sell the sandwich anymore. But if you wait until after 2:00 until they’re done with their lunch rush magically the people are very nice and they have no problem making the Double Down sandwich. It’s definitely one of those things that a lot of restaurants do during lunch where to keep the line moving they will lie to you and tell you that they don’t have certain products so that way they keep the line moving faster it’s very frustrating especially when you drive quite a ways to go to the KFC and try the new Double Down sandwich. Places the order on the app which is super convenient. You get almost everything you order but please check your stuff at pickup. Condiments usually missing. Spicy chicken sandwich is almost the same as the regular.

Chicken is very dry and often tasteless. Plus I drove through yesterday and ordered 8 pieces of chicken and had to pay $20 when the website says it is only $10. When I try to call the store they don’t answer. Pitiful.

The low rating is because they gave me a bag of food and they couldn’t even put a fork in there and then they can’t even answer their phone so here I am on the highway and I can’t even eat my food. This makes me wonder how clean this place is where they can’t handle just the basic things.

Just horrible. Went there tonight. Got a family meal . Asked for no wings. Got a attitude right away. Never offered a softdrink . Drove to window asked for drinks. The latina woman at window also had a attitude. Paid 40 dollars . Came home pulled out paper bag and it was soaked with gravy i didn’t order . The coleslaw and mac I did order also open and it all went flying onto the 2400 dollar carpet I had installed today . Tried to call several times no answer. No receipt in bag to see what I was charged . Horrible experience and super poor customer service. Stop filling bodies with untrainable people. I really feel this was actually intentional. No one is this ignorant.

My second time to this KFC in the past month. Well worth the drive. I ordered my food, drove around to the window and paid. Less than 5 minutes after paying, my order was ready, it was hot, and everything I ordered was there. Highly recommend this KFC. Will definitely be back. These two trips were at lunchtime.

Overpriced for the mediocre food, and terrible service. Today (9/28/22) I came in at 10:40 PM and the person working there didn’t take my order, and didn’t even acknowledge my existence (I waited 20 min before giving up). They lost business to at least 5 cars that night.
