I tried the app to order. I got there a little early but I got my food on time. Mash potatoes are amazing. The temperature of food was just right. Biscuit a little hard but mashed potatoes help with that. Tasty chicken. Lemonade was good. Good value for meal. I would recommend. Be careful of traffic around the building. Had close calls with 3 different cars.

We ordered two famous bowls, one French fry and a Dr. Pepper. The gentleman informed us it would be 4 minutes for the fry. Pull up to the window and the young man accepting payment sounded like he had a sock in his mouth. We did not get a thank you, please pull up, instead he told us go to the yellow pole. When we received our order it was minus the drink. Had to enter the store to get the drink.

If I can give them zero I would. We ordered tenders and two wraps. We waited 15 mins total. 10 mins in the kid told us oh you didn’t get your food yet. He seemed confused as if he thought he handed us the food. They went silence. Refuse to tell us what happened And 5 mins later we had to honk on the horn and and the kid came out still confused and my husband trying to explain to them what was happening and one person said they were were waiting for fries and the other said someone bumped the order and it erased it and they had to remake. But all of a sudden the food was ready after we told them we wanted our money back. It was ridiculous and we’re never coming back.

This place is so unorganized, the manager needs some training. Staff and crew need some training on GMPs this place is nasty. Manager Erika working the register then working the food pack line without washing hands!!! Line of people complaining about missing items. Crew members can’t seem to work together. Just stay away dirty!!

They make you wait 10 minutes at the drive thru just to tell you they don’t even have enough chicken to make the smallest bucket the 8 piece. Then on top of that they get rude and condescending with me when called out on it. If you can’t run your business responsibly and properly serve the people then close it down. Also not my first bad experience at this restaurant just the one that brought me here. A solid 1 star indeed.
