Hubby stopped in to get a carry out last night. The person behind the counter not friendly, did not listen to what he was trying to order. We were over charged . The food was good but my order was wrong. Didn’t know this til got home. I ordered 3pc extra crispy all white and got 2 thighs and 1 leg. Was disappointed but ate it anyway. The biscuits could have been baked longer. Over all I’ll go again but will check .y order before I leave.

Just spent $33 here. 8 pc and 8 pc tenders. Ordered online. Sides, etc, of course no sauce in the bags for the tenders. Why is this type of work so difficult? You read a order and fill it. Not difficult.

Staff was nice but only 2 people working during lunch rush. Please hire more people. The pop machine is broken. Pop comes out hot and no ice. Had to ask staff for refills. My family was the only ones that stayed and dined in. Everyone else left with there food eventually.

I just had a pot pie which was supposed to be a Chicken pot pie. It only had vegetables & a white sauce Not one shred of chicken. It was taken home or I could have showed the staff. I will not go back or recommend.

We used this location to cater our family Christmas celebration this year. The food was ready on time, someone even called to double check the order just before they started to cook it. The pricing for 50 pieces of chicken and 25 biscuits was very fair in my opinion, under $90 after tax. Well done!

My experience with KFC in Belvidere finally changed. Normally, I dread going through take out because of the wait, or being sent to the parking lot to wait, and being forgotten, then handed the wrong ordered or told they have no chicken. Yes, No Chicken! Tonight was different. I pulled up and was watching the workers through the window and noticed no chaos in the kitchen. I said to the drive through worker are you under new management? He said yes. I said you can tell, everyone seems to be on the same page and you have chicken. We both laughed. Change is good. Keep up with the good work!
