I went for lunch I ordered 2 famous bowls one a combo and one just bowl with small order of popcorn chicken. Never got my cookie and both bowls the food was cold and popcorn chicken was cold and dry u could tell it was old then I went to drink my pop/soda and it tasted like hand soap. I wasted 18.00 on the food for it to taste like that and the service was horrible.

Honestly it’s bad enough the town doesn’t have many options to choose from so the fact that they say they’re open till 9pm and you pull up at 730PM on A Monday and they have people waiting in line just for you to get up to place your order and then say they are closed and have no explanation not even give an apology when they say they’re closed is mad ignorant and annoying. They have some good workers, but this happens too often sadly.

I went to the drive throught in Freeport on 4/20 @ 5:40 for chicken wings bc Rockford KFC near me never has them. The kicker is the lady at window told me the debit/credit card machine wasn’t working properly and I needed to give her my PIN#. She asked twice. I refused and suggested she charge to my discover card. Which she did. THIS LADY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE THROUGH A BUSINESS. NEVER EVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR PIN!!!!!

I was just at the store in freeport and waited for 30 minutes in line and when I got to the window they said just a moment. 17 minutes later, they told us they were out of chicken. At 6:30 pm!! And the person on the headset was very rude as well. I won’t go there again. What a shame. They turned away at least 10 cars in the drive thru. Could have told us sooner!
