Missing only 2 items in my order and when i went into the store and explained to them what I was missing they literally argued with me and said the door dash driver took those 2 items and gave me the rest of my food. Literally it was mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, individual sizes for the kids i had in my house…they literally said they weren’t gonna give away free food so on top of the 40$ i spent on what it was i ordered i spent another 8$ to get what was missing from my order! Oh…and instead of tenders for the big tender box i ordered i got nuggets instead….god forbid the employee admit she messed an order up….

I ordered two Nashville hot tenders and a famous bowl, but my whole order was pure disgust. My tenders were uncooked, and my famous bowl had little to no chicken so I brought my order back. They took no time to make me a replacement order, which I should’ve never even asked for because it was more trash than the first one. My tenders were completely covered in grease like they grabbed the tenders out with spoons or the bowl itself. The workers there are not rude just show no effort. People will be patient for food they can enjoy.

DO NOT order from this restaurant. This place told our driver to deliver the wrong order to us and lie about it. Oh and don’t get me started on how all thier food is cold the portions suck and at least 90% of the time something is missing and or wrong. They also don’t answer the phone so we can cancel the order after all of the mess ups. Do not get food here.

This place is the worst fast food place I ever seen in my life time, I had 4 separate occasions when I went there and they told me they were out of chicken which I knew they were lying. when they were shut down I had hope that when they came back they would be better I was wrong. The food here is disgusting and even the soft drinks don’t taste right and they always forget stuff and the workers do not care.They are the deadliest kfc I ever seen it’s rare to see anyone go there now. It’s only a matter of time before they are closed for good. I just hope before then they get a good manager that will hopefully turn the store around. Because there’s not alot of kfcs anymore in the area.

This KFC is horrible I don’t know how this place is still open the health department should close this place down where’s KFC and Illinois I have been to in my 30 the service is not professional very ghetto the restaurant is a mess and the food is not to the quality standards and it’s been like this for a couple of years today I went in thinking stuff have changed but is the same ghetto KFC that’s been there since I knew it I don’t know what’s wrong with it if it’s a franchise orvis corporate but something needs to be done with this KFC it’s lowering the standards of KFC just a perfect example today I went in like I said before thinking stuff have changed but they’re the same there is a hair on my chicken and plus it was greasy and nasty I just threw the money away practically not happy at all I think I will never be back in this KFC again until the knock it down and rebuild it from scratch and that means including staff and everything this KFC’s just nasty I recommend don’t come to this KFC something needs to be done if it’s a corporate affiliated KFC corporate needs it definitely step in the owner of the franchise to really look at it investment because it’s going down the drain

Ordered $20 fill-up. Biscuits were hard as a rock, as were the fries. Both inedible! Nuggets were the leftovers in the bottom of the bin, and the chicken was extremely greasy! Popeyes from now on!
