I ordered 3 tenders and what I got was just barely a bit more than nuggets. One was 2” one was 3” and one was 4” They are too expensive to be that small. They were so small that they put them in a fry container

Staff were friendly, food was cold. I ordered online in advance, and my food probably was made as soon as I ordered and sat for 3 hours until I picked it up at the scheduled time. Coleslaw was warm, chicken was soggy and barely warm, biscuits tasted stale. The food is too expensive to be this bad. I understand that ordering a family meal means more work, but surely the cold parts could be stored in a fridge and the biscuits / chicken could be boxed within a couple minutes, or at the very least kept under a hot lamp.

The worst KFC I have even gotten food from. Made an order for pick up, got there on time and all the food was colder than Siberia in winter. The fries were mush, they didn’t have biscuits, nor did they tell us they didn’t have any or offer money off. The chicken was slimey and the exact opposite of crispy. 100% do not recommend going there ever. Couldn’t even get a refund. All we were offered was more food which I would never take. Thanks for nothing!

Placed an online order got there to pick it up and the girl at the drive thru said they haven’t started it yet and would be 40 minutes. We told her to refund our money and she said no one was there to do it. Said we should come back tomorrow. Went inside and talked to assistant manager and he said 10 minutes. He was very nice and tried to put together our order but the drive thru girl keep taking the food from our order. Got home and we were missing a sandwich and a order of fries and 3 pieces of chicken. 1/2 the chicken was burnt and the other was not cooked all the way. Not going back to this KFC.

Sat at the window for 5 minutes with only 2 other cars in line and started to pull off before they finally said something. Continuously interrupted me during the order and was rushing me to finish by giving me my total every time I spoke. And then ended up getting me a completely different order than what I said. Would not recommend.

The price for KFC is ridiculous. I was missing food. Chicken tenders was hard, chicken breast was not extra crispy, Mac bowl wasn’t filled up at all. KFC has gone downhill quick. I hadn’t been there in about 6 months and my family wanted to try it again but after this experience we will not go back to KFC ever.

Stopped in at 7:10 Monday evening. Girls out in the parking lot smoking and joking. Cigarette smoke wasn’t the only kind of smoke I smelled. One girl had her KFC hat and headset on. I went inside and there wasn’t a single person in the building. I could see through the building right out the back door that was standing wide open. I waited at the counter for 4 or 5 minue without seeing anybody. I left without ever getting waited on.
