The chicken legs the chicken thighs in the chicken wings were all the same size, actually the chicken wing might’ve been the biggest part with the most made. I was overcooked under seasoned and I seen pigeons with bigger extremities than what they served as a meal and on top of that they charge you $30 for it.

This place is so gross. Everything from the kitchen to the people is absolutely disgusting. I got hairs in my food. My chicken was raw. AND their buckets of chicken are always burnt and gross. They’re never in stock with chicken sandwiches. The workers are rude and unsanitary. This kfc location in lasalle Illinois is an undying joke.

Food was good but they didnt clean the handicap parking in 4 days. Very slippery and the ramp was cover in snow! They had 4 days to clean it!!! UNACCEPTABLE management said they informed the district manager and they were looking for a reliable company to clean their parking lot. After I complained she sent out an employee to shovel and salt. Well why didnt they do that 4 days ago. If I would have slipped and fell pushing my father inside, would not be good for them!!! Bad management bad district management.

I just got an 8 piece bucket of chicken, there were 4 wings in it. I ordered regular recipe and got extra crispy for more than half of it. I think they just threw in what they had left. I tried to call to talk to someone about it and I get a recording that says the number I have called cannot be completed as dialed. I had hit the phone number link from their site. I tried 4 more times and got the same message. Last time I got a couple of sandwiches from there the bread was hard like hockey pucks. I had given them one more chance…I won’t do that again.

Terrible waited 10 minutes for the person ahead of me. When I pulled up it took 3 minutes for anyone to ask me for my order. After placing it no one responded. I kept saying “hello”. I finally got a “hold on”.After 10 minutes, I parked my car and walked inside to place my order. There were 10 people waiting to place their order. I left without food and wasted 25 minutes. They should have explained that they were busy and it might be a wait.

If I could give this place no stars I would! first off they have not had a working phone number in years. so my husband goes to the store at 5:30 P.M. and the lady flat out refused our order! we normally get 6 thighs for the 20 dollar fill up. She RUDLEY said she don’t do orders this late at night!!! Let’s remember this is around normal dinner time not even 6 pm!! the website and her herself say they close at 10p.m. I have no clue how this place is still open! they need all new management and a working phone number!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!

This place needs new management ASAP! I see a lawsuit! Do you guys really need help this bad!? I’ve been at this location many times and seen the most disturbing things here! Employees are making your food with no hairnet, no gloves, no proper work attire, saggy pants with their under wear showing scratching their behind and touching food. More than two employees out the back smoking, pretty sure they’re not washing their hands. Now seeing this man working and coming out to pet his dog in a van!

Not to bad.. Wouldn’t consider it a fast food place though. Thought it was taking them longer cause they had to cook it or something but I wasn’t getting fresh fresh food so dunno why it was taking longer for them but the food was good when I got it. Been there six times now and that’s the only con I have with them.. There service isn’t the fastest but I always got the correct items and they were fairly fresh food. About 15-20 mins old tops

I gave one star but I wouldn’t even give them that. Running all day and decided to give them a try. Ordered a 20 fill up got no gravy, no silverware, no butter for biscuits that you could have broke your teeth on that was even short biscuits tried to call and complain and phone was disconnected.
