Terrible customer service!!!!!I was given half done chicken nuggets and the manager didn’t even apologize when I asked for a refund. She slammed the window in my face and told me she is not going to argue with me after me complaining about the customer service. Do not eat from here you may get sick. The manager looked like she didn’t even bathe. Making sure to contact corporate to complain as well especially since she said she didn’t care. They couldn’t even provide me with 8 piece leg and thigh only original was available not extra crispy at my request and was informed that it will be a 40 minute wait for extra crispy and they had been opened for 2 & and half hours!!!! Terrible

I thought it was called fast food? We sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes with just two cars in front of us.Then we just ordered two pot pies and she said it would be 15 minutes and to pull up.well after sitting there for 30 minutes I went in to see what happened and they gave me the food. 45 minutes really you don’t deserve one star.

Stop here quite often as the sandwich is better than any other fast food place in town. Always HOT and juicy. Drive-Thru is very slow, but otherwise very good. Now, I wish they would fix the grand canyon of a pothole in the entry drive.

I probably should just stop being lazy and just make chicken strips and instant potatoes at home. Dipping sauce must be in short supply as I always ask for it but never get it. I’d check the order and ask again but I’d likely get shanked. The Pepsi was fine. If you brave coming, make sure to keep left when pulling into the lot. There is the biggest hole I’ve ever seen at the entrance to the parking lot. All that said they are better than Popeyes.

Not a very great experience. I’ve tried to go there twice slightly after 9pm. Both times they were closed even though the time says 10pm online. I made it there early, slightly after 6pm, ordered eight pieces of chicken only and paid $18 plus some change for it. Got home and found out I had three thighs. Not even a dark meat fan. Needless to say, just not thrilled at this point.

Parking lot entrance can swallow your car if your not careful. The main sign is missing, weeds growing in the parking lot. I go get ice for my drink and a million gnats pop out of the tray. I had to blow them away to fill my drink. My spicy chick strips are sitting in a 1/4” puddle of grease, the floor looks like nobody swept or mopped in days. It was a toss up between tossing the meal in the trash or deal with the situation the best I can because of a time crunch. It’s obvious that the owners of this franchise don’t care about this location. This place hasn’t seen an update since the 90’s. It’s unfortunate that posts like this fall on deaf ears. Seems like all the KFC’s went downhill, I think I’m done with KFC! The chicken tastes great but not worth the chance of getting sick. If the front looks like this I cant imagine what’s going on in the back.
