Husband and I each had a 4 piece meal. I ordered original and he had extra crispy chicken. Both were good and came with mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit and medium drink.

Found quite a few chicken bones baked into my pot pie of which I almost choked on. I called and asked if that was normal, the woman said no it’s not the workers must have done it. She offered me another pot pie but not a refund….. I work locally and am extremely disappointed in that experience. Pretty gross.

First time I went when it first opened I thought the food and service was good. The wait was a little long but it was brand new so it’s understandable. Went a second time and thought maybe it was just my first bad experience, then I went back a third time today and I’m calling it quits with this location.

Worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant!!!! I go to order through the drive through and I wanted the five tender combo and as I was deciding on a drink they continued to ask me what I wanted even though I said just a second each time. Then when after I payed they decided to tell me I could only get four tenders. They didn’t offer to discount the one tender or substitute it or anything. I didn’t even get a chance to ask before they shut the window. Then when I get the food and started to drive off I seen there wasnt a fork or spoon or even napkins. Nothing. And to top it all off all the food was cold and tasted like it was left out all day. How can a business run like this. Biggest joke of a fast food restaurant there could be.

I was so excited when we had Kentucky Fried Chicken come back to town. I LOVE fried chicken. Well in the beginning, when they were new and when my orders were screwed up, I let it slide because they were new. But today, I had a real Karen moment. Bruce loves Kentucky Fried Chicken and has had none in 4 1/2 years since he is a resident of Jerseyville Manor. He has had some physical issues that have prevented him from the going out of the facility to eat. He really wanted to go out there himself.Well, today, he requested the nuggets and french fries and I went out there to get him some for lunch. It was such a pretty day and I was in a great mood. Well, Folks, before you leave that place CHECK your order thoroughly! I got to the ECF and checked the bag on my way in. I paid almost $10 for the 10 nugget combo and all that they had given me was 10 nuggets and a soda! It was the last straw. The Manor is at one end of town and KFC on the other. by the time I got back there I was really aggravated. I apologized after for being so upset but this incident was just the final straw. I am curious if it is just me or have others had as many similar incidents as I have, Wrong order, request condiments and receive something else entirely .Ignored by inside staff while standing at the counter etc. This was not an isolated incident, I have noticed that they are not very busy lately.I asked who owned it. Guess it is not someone local. Perhaps someone in charge will take notice if it is discussed on social media. That place is s s–t s–w!

I went through the drive through right after the store opened. There was only one car ahead of me. Waited about 10 min but when the employee handed them their food something was wrong and they handed it back. I waited another 20 minutes and was late for an appointment but was trapped. I told myself it was because they just opened the store and hadn’t gotten it together yet. I gave them another chance a month later and the situation hasn’t gotten better. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The food was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly. I had to wait a bit for my food, and when it finally came, it was hot and fresh. My problem was that I didn’t get the sauces I ordered or the buscuit the meal was supposed to come with. So, the wait and the missing items is why it got 3 stars.

I’ve given this KFC location several chances, due to it being new. Somehow each experience keeps getting worse. Don’t even try to eat inside. There’s only like 5 tables. The chicken is always cold. They never give utensils or napkins in the drive thru. If you are wanting KFC, just go to Alton.

Please please please avoid jerseyville KFC at all cost. It’s extremely overpriced, the employees are very rude. Waited an hour and a half to get half my order wrong. Won’t be coming back.

This is the second time I have called in a large order, just like they request, they have said it’ll be ready in X amount of time. I come in shortly after that amount of time just to be told “We haven’t started on your order and it’ll be about another half to an hour”. This places service is terrible, if the staff here is so incompetent they are not able to keep up with even this menial job the store should be closed again, permanently.
