I placed an order through the KFC app at 7:39pm on 8/19/2023. Received email confirmation at 7:44pm. We went to pick up our order and at 8:19pm, at the drive thru window, was told “we don’t got that”. We asked what they didn’t have and they said they canceled the order. I told them that they didn’t have any problem charging my card. The woman at the window said that it’d be put back on our card and that she also does DoorDash so she knows that happens when an order is canceled. I told her we aren’t wirh DoorDash and we didn’t receive any prior notice that our order was canceled. I ended up calling the KFC customer service line to note this incident and also make sure the refund was issued (it hadn’t been marked canceled or refunded prior to my calling). I’m usually pretty patient with fast food employees, especially since in our area they’re very young, but this was awful all the way around. We won’t be back.

The worst ever. Worker Stephaine customer service is very poor. Good customer service is my priority. She should not be service anybody the counter. Bad personality, very rule to customer and don’t know how to respond when ask a question. After placing my order, I was informed that it will be a four minutes wait and it taken 15 minutes. I will be coming back to this KFC.

I ordered through the app really easy the only problem I had was they did not add my tenders when called they did replace them only problem is when you have it delivered they don’t send them out you have to wait till you go to store to get them replaced.

Fast food in a friendly environment. Hot crispy chicken strips and the mac and cheese was hot and moist. The biscuit was fresh and hot. I ate at 12:45 on a Monday. It appears that a lot of locals eat there. It is on a busy street but in a mixed use neighborhood.
