Ordered online and ordered the Diuble Down. Thought I was going to ket the sandwich: two chicken breasts with the cheese, sauce, and bacon. Instead I get it made with four tenders. If they were out and told me when I arrived, or if they had to cook more chicken, I would’ve understood, however they told me nothing.

I ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets, fries, a biscuit and a drink. The chicken was undercooked the breading was still white. The fries soggy and oily. So I paid almost $10 bucks for a biscuit and a drink. That was my 2nd time eating at that location and wasn’t good the first time either. If you want kfc done right, go to edwardsville/glen carbon kfc. They never disappoint

DO NOT EAT HERE NO MATTER WHAT!! I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant’s lack of customer service, kindness and general aptitude. This location did not have the double down. Which is fine. However, I was still charged for it and was not notified they do not have this item. Even though I entered my complete contact info through the app, but apparently it was for no reason because, “Employees at the restaurant do not receive that information.” as the manager stated very rudely, like I was supposed to know that. So what is the point of entering my contact info on the ordering app? Now, I am out whatever the double down costs. I did not receive an apology, a coupon or any condolences for this hassle whatsoever from this location’s staff. Instead I was told “Call corporate for a refund.” by the manager. Then I was “welcomed” by an exaggerated eyeroll and loud audible huff by one of the young and terribly rude workers standing behind the manager when I asked why I wasn’t called and informed. Don’t like your job, kid? Too bad. Get a new one or go to school to get a better one. Not my problem. Also, the chicken should absolutely not have been that old as it was exactly 6pm when I ordered and that is still considered peak dinner time. Awful service, awful food and awful people work there. I will not go back. DO NOT EAT HERE NO MATTER WHAT!!!

Come to this location often usually food is hot and fresh. However this time when I went thru the drive thru they were a little rude and maybe because they were frustrated they gave me chicken that must have been cooked 2 nights before. SMH shame I was to scared to eat it thought I might get sick. It will be a while before they get my business again.

I got livers on Tuesday. They had two sizes. I got the large. There were about 12 small liver pieces. Most were burnt and could not be eaten. They were definitely too salty. Will not be getting them again.

Ordered 16 piece family meal from kfc cllnsvlle rite well wen i went pick it up & got it bak 2 my hotel room i noticed it waz very greasy & tha chicken waz fallen apart wen i went take it out of the bucket wen i contacted manager bout it manager ddnt seem concerned about it waz kinda smrt a## didn’t act like they even cared they did offer replacement but waz no use since i had already strtd eaten it wsnt very gd @ all tha manager acted annoyed with me because i waz callin to complain about the chicken bein greasy waz afraid if i did get a replacement i was afraid of them doin something else to my food something else to my food because i was complaining about the food

Ordered 12 piece nuggets & slaw and got 8 piece with some sides & biscuit? Had to wait for it & when she brought it to me she questioned if I had the 8 piece & I said no, so she gave me the other bag in her hand which was obviously the wrong one! Very disappointing!

The food at the Collinsville KFC is not nearly as good as it used to be. My wife and I used to order the chicken fingers but the last few times we did we both suffered upset stomachs. We live right across from the restaurant but will only dine at the one in Glen Carbon when we’re in the area if we want fried chicken.
