We purchase KFC approximately twice a month. Lately the chicken pieces at KFC have gotten smaller, including the chicken tenders. The Crispy Chicken pieces are bare in many places. The KFC Must be under new management in O’Fallon. We are going to check out the KFC in Collinsville to see if their chicken is done right.

The staff is always friendly. The food is always good. My favorite thing to get is their $5 box. Its 2 pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw (they have some of the best coleslaw. Its the creamy one) a biscuit and chocolate chip cookie. Its a great bargain.

March 14th at 8:30pm… Ordering at the window and the girl taking orders was the NASTIEST and MOST RUDE person I’ve ever encountered at the window. If I could give “zero” stars, I would. She would barely speak up so that we could hear her. She did not ask about then sides we wanted and when I asked she stated “you get mashed potatoes”. Nevermind I didn’t want mashed potatoes. So, when I began to stated that the menu doesn’t say that, she was very loud and overtalked me. She then yelled “Just pull up”! When I asked for the manager at the window and voiced “That staff member was disgustingly rude and nasty. They behavior is very poor customer service.” The manager states “I don’t appreciate you talking about my staff that way.” Of course I told her that was an inappropriate response and how that perpetuates the behavior we encountered. She became apologetic. We declined the food and left. Went to another KFC in the area and encountered a.much better experience!
