We visited this KFC on a Saturday evening, they were not very busy during this time.. The gentleman took our order quickly and food was brought out in a timely manner.. however my issue was with how FILTHY the place is..The drink area was sticky from floor to countertops, the tables/booths all dirty..window sills covered in dust and dirt..

Paid $70 for family meal, added 4 wings and 3 drums, and 4 sides. I had the choice of waiting for biscuits or swapping for a cake. 25 miles later, while unloading the bags, I had 3 sides, no extra wings, and no extra drums. Won’t go back.

Two nights over this past weekend. I went through the drive thru and picked me up a pot pie and individual coleslaw. The first night, both items were very tasty. The second night, I found 4 bones in my pot pie. My individual coleslaw was only about 2/3 of a container with no liquid at all. I think that was the worst items that I had ever purchased there.

Great food. And friendly, fast service. If you like KFC, and fried chicken give this location a try. Lobby is open as of December 2021. Huge plus. Many other of the fast food locations in Robinson have no lobby service.

This is probably the worst KFCI have ever been to the is very dark and dingy inside and I stood inside waiting for service with 5 people. Working there no one else there and never got helped after 10 minutes. I left such a shame KFC used to be delicious. And you stick have good service

If I could give them negative stars I would. We got the buffet the cashier was to busy talking to her boyfriend. Then there was hardly any food on the buffet and when asked them to put some on there the girl left then after 10 minutes of wait I g and the 3rd employee to look at the bar finally the last one put some food out.
