Showed up at 7p. Two people eating and two waiting. We ordered 8 chicken tenders. Half an hour later we still had not gotten our food. I grew up eating at this place and it was one of the best anywhere in the USA. I will not recommend it to anyone and sorry we showed up we needed something “quick”. No one here and still took this long.

Went here today at 4:14pm. They where slow no big lines. Cashier Annie was a bit rude and could use an attitude adjustment. Ordered my meals. Why make something $10.00 or more is half the stuff in it is cold.

No buffet anymore. Service is extremely slow and not friendly. Cold demeanor from the counter workers. Worker said she upgraded customer order in front of me because of his long wait… She knew the man as she said she’d see him later… But didn’t offer anything to me for waiting just as long. When I did get my order, it was missing two of the sides. I let them know and I ended up waiting five minutes for the sides because each believed the other was getting it for me. Food was cold because of the wait and chicken was greasy and looked like it sat in the warmer for a long time. This use to be a great place but now sub par. So sad.

Had wings fry’s , classic chicken sandwiches,mac n cheeze and corn. All was delicious service was great. Dining room was clean and roomy. Was there after lunch hr. so noone else there. Bathrooms were pretty dirty and smelly and in need of mechanical maint. Other than that was a great experience.

I ordered pick up and my strips wasn’t crispy, the soda wasn’t carbonated and my spicy chicken wrap didn’t have coleslaw on it. This isn’t the only time my order was messed up. I hope they fix it cause I love KFC.

Grease needs changed chicken was dark and taste like old grease. Fries was cold. Manager was nasty. Ordered 3 meals and extra stuff. Was told cause I Ordered extra. I was not allowed to get my medium drinks that came with meals. She the manager had a very nasty and demeaning attitude with me. I am from out of state visiting family. Would not recommend this place to no one.
