The chicken was horrible. The chicken was so dark it looked like it has BBQ sauce or something. We asked for biscuits and got corn bread. The mash potatoes were runny. The corn was fine so that’s all that was good.

Food is greasy and nasty, servers are high and atmosphere is very dirty. Don’t ever go there, I hope health inspectors can give them a visit. Can’t imagine why this store is not closed yet.

We ordered online and waited until the appropriate time to pick up. I pulled to the drive thru where no one was waiting before I could say anything more than “I am picking up” the person said “nuh uh, you gotta come in for that”. We went in and were told she was getting it started. No air inside, feel bad for the workers. They were carrying what appeared to be frozen water balloons to stay cool. Of the 5 employees one was scooping the sides together for our order. It took about 10 additional minutes to get the order together.

This KFC blew up in social media a few years ago for shouting slurs at a guy going through the drive-through. It’s been a while, so I assumed they had a whole new staff, and I would give them a chance again. I used to always order a $5 famous bowl. It came with a drink and a biscuit. It is now 7.50. Fine, I get it prices have gone up, not 50% but whatever. The chicken in the famous bowl has been changed drastically and is no longer the popcorn chicken. It is now some terrible chicken mush. The ingredients in general have been pulled back to nothing. You also don’t get a side with your meal anymore. How do you justify that as a company? Less product, way worse quality, 50% price hike. No thanks. Also, this building looks like someone has taken a baseball bat to it every night for a year. Why would I ever eat here?

When we were looking for the restaurant we almost missed it because all the lights were out. Ordered our food, they didn’t have any sides we wanted. Got to the window to pay and the workers were not friendly. Waited for our food as we got the family bucket, finally served and asked for napkins and silverware for to eat our food. Had to ask her three times as we were ignored the first two times, she then told us they didn’t have napkins or utensils and closed the window. Will not be visiting this establishment again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The best tasting KFC food I’ve ever had! I rarely comment on fast food establishments. There were tradesmen working in the parking lot, in a difficult location to get to, and only two employees working. It still took less than seven minutes to order and get my food – a Double-Down, cole slaw, and a drink. It was the most delicious KFC chicken ever and accompanied by numerous unnecessary apologies for the minor delay.

Ordered on Uber, order canceled because KFC couldn’t fill an 8 piece bucket, & 8piece chicken tenders says Uber. No answer 4attempts made to KFC. But they did manage to put charges on hold till Monday on my card for $30. So, not happy with either one.
