Everyone online says that they close at midnight on Sundays. I get there at 8:25 pm only to be told that they are already closed. Definitely going to be awhile or at all if I ever come back. I can’t trust that they would be open consistently especially since I drove 20 minutes.

I don’t think that I have ever had worse service food and accessibility to the restaurant then I have experienced today I was missing food and the food that I did get was overcooked and old all of it and when I noticed I was missing the food I couldn’t even go inside to get my taco in my hot sauce I couldn’t do anything unless I wanted to wait in line all the way until the end and they close at 8:00 so I probably would have been waiting until they closed I don’t know how much longer this place should be open!!!

Ordered a three piece chicken meal. Suppose to come with three pieces of chicken, cole slaw, mashed potatoes with gravy and a drink. All that was in the box was three chintzy pieces of chicken and a bowl of gravy. That’s it. We didn’t get a drink either. Had to ask for my debit card back and the kid had to find it. KFC had always been a favorite of mine, but can’t find many anymore Had the opportunity to stop by Murphysboro location and I wasn’t let down! GREAT SERVICE! DELICIOUS fried chicken! AND…. DELICIOUS SIDE’S- mashed potatoes and Cole slaw… My opinion: A DEFINITE go to for breakfast, lunch, or Dinner! I’ve been a customer for many years,but the last two times I’ve been there, I’ve been disappointed. My wife’s order was missing components. My order was also missing a key part of my order. Was there going to pick up a doordash and the guy even looked at us and didn’t come see what we needed at all. Horrible service and manager was even there and didn’t do anything either. Wouldnt suggest doordashing there at night at all.
