Normally, the food and service is always good at this location. But was rather displeased on my last visit. It was still early evening, around 8pm. I ordered the 16 piece tender meal, in the drive-thru. I was informed that it would be about a 4 minute wait on the biscuits. I pulled up to the window, paid for my order. Waited a couple minutes, then I was told that it would only be a few minutes longer for the chicken tenders and was asked to pull around by the entrance doors. Where I proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes. The girl that brought out my order did apologize for the long wait. But I feel like they could’ve at least offered me a free drink, a couple free cookies, or a coupon for my next visit, or a small discount on this order. Something, for having to wait longer than I was told, originally. But nothing. Just a thank you and sorry for your wait. My order total came to $49 and some change. I will be a bit hesitant on returning to this location for such an expensive order.
