They can really use some more employees, there are never many people working there so the wait time can be very long before someone even takes your order. The restaurant is usually empty. The drive-thru and I guess delivery service get most of the business. The food’s pretty good if you enjoy KFC.

Couldn’t even take my order. Poor customer service. Three employees including the manager, watching me stand up there for 10 minutes before somebody acknowledge me. I tried to get to team members attention. When he came to finally take my order, he said the food was old and the girls said we’re not serving the other item I wanted. The manager start yelling All of my food is fresh. At that point I just walked out.

I ordered $81 worth of food from this kfc, 16 pieces of chicken and 16 chicken strips but only received 8 pieces of chicken and 8 chickenstraps. I called kfc and they didnt anwer the phone……so we had Cole slaw mash potatoes and cold fries with no chicken for 81 dollars

As someone in the delivery service industry, but also run a business based solely in customer service I gotta say today I felt like I stepped into a totally different establishment cuz the ambiance was so ENERGETIC! The team straight worked together and you can tell the respect and love is definitely there for sure…it’s EXACTLY why I started my business-I even had to inquire who the manager was and had to make sure they all knew that their team was doin a damn good job! Plus my food and my customers food was fresh(I watched them make it) …thank you again for your wonderful and above average customer service
