Went here since my wife wanted it and decided to get myself some chicken tenders. I sat in the parking lot and ordered through the app(there were maybe 3 cars). I waited 10 minutes, then went in. The employees seemed clueless. I got home and half the food was missing or undercooked. I complained on the app and got a refund. Not coming here again(never did eat here). We tried king edwards a few days later and that’s some of the best chicken I’ve ever had.

I ordered an 8-piece bucket of chicken, and it was terrible. This place should be shut down. I should have realized that if a restaurant has a bunch of bad reviews, there might be a reason. I used to order meals from there about 10 years ago, and I never had a problem. But now, it is just bad.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a eight piece meal and when I got home I opened up the chicken box it looks burnt the chicken was full of Grease including the bottom of the bucket I have been trying all day to call this restaurant considering I live a little distance from the area and the phone has been busy the whole day I am very disappointed in this restaurant at this point I want to speak to a manager and receive a full refund I still have the food I would gladly return it I recommend not patronizing this establishment

Terrible customer service. I probably sat at the drive through speaker for a good 5 minutes. It took them 3 minutes to come on and say we will be right with you. An additional 2 minutes to come back and take my order. It started to rain hard and I was getting irritated and should of just left. You could barely hear her taking my order. You should update your speaker so there is a screen for order accuracy. The lady taking my order had no customer service at all. They were not even busy! People jumping out of line cause it took so long. I don’t want to eat somewhere where it’s bad service and the food is blah. Your parking lot is pretty dirty trash everywhere. I will take my business elsewhere.

Going on an hour and half waiting for my online order. I don’t blame the driver at all. This is KFC workers not caring. Turn off your mobile ordering if you’re not paying attention to it. I would cancel but I feel bad for the driver.

Arrived at 4:30 to pick up my online order (that said it would be ready at 4:29), was told it would be another 12 minute wait for the chicken and to pull off to the side. No big deal, I’ve worked in restaurants, I get it happens. I waited 20 minutes before trying to go inside and talk to someone, but the doors were locked even though there’s a sign on the door that says “open for dine in and pick up.” Went back to the car and tried to entertain my hanger toddler for another 30 minutes. Got back in the drive through line that didn’t move for another 25 minutes… no communication from the workers, no updates, nothing. So I left. An hour and 15 minutes later, no food and a screaming toddler. Went to Popeyes and got everything I wanted for less money and in 15 minutes.

Ordered online 30 mins before I arrived…order still not ready…sat in drive through for 10 mins line not moving…parked and went inside sat for another 30 mins and watched multiple people come in and NOT get waited on and just walk back out. Don’t know how this place stays in business. Will not be back. Guessing its mostly a staffing issue but maybe the owners of this franchise come help out their business…Terrible.

We had not eaten at KFC in a long time, and thought we would give it a try. Boy, was that a mistake!!! We got a mobile online order, and when we got there, we parked at the mobile pick up sign, which said to pick it up inside. Unfortunately, the inside was closed, so then we had to get into the take out line, which was rather packed!.. After all that waiting, the food was very lackluster over all. The tenders were very dry and overcooked, as well as the biscuits been extremely dry. Guess it is back to Church’s for the next fried chicken meal…

Lobby closed at this location every time I come!! Been here 15 minutes already. Waiting for food. This location is the absolute worst. The staff don’t care. They’re rude and unhelpful!! It’s completely unacceptable. Not that KFC would actually do anything about it….. Pretty sure they don’t care either.
