WOW I have not been to KFC in years! Craving chicken and fries looked at a confusing menu and just asked for what I wanted.. “hey I don’t see this on the menu..”, and they said “we’ve got you”…and it’s DELICIOUS!!

Zero stars if that were an option. Whoever owns this place should really check in on their staff. Twice in the last two weeks we have placed orders for pick up, only to arrive and no one wants to open the drive thru window to communicate anything. My husband and another patron laid on their horns as they saw staff inside. The workers just looked up then back down at their PHONES. Ridiculous. If you don’t want to serve food, shut off your app and close your doors so potential customers stop wasting their time and money. Now we wait 5 more days for the app to reimburse us yet again! $50 transactions just from us, imagine how many others and the money that’s walking out the door while you continue to pay lazy workers who clearly aren’t doing their jobs and running your business to the ground. Hours say open until 9pm online and the sign posted says open till 10pm. Both incidents were around 7:45-8:30.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but the food was not fresh and tasted as if it had been cooked in old oil. Working was standing in the middle of the kitchen eating his dinner, I would assume. The floors were very greasy and a bit slick. Another female worker came out of the restroom and had to be told to help expedite orders. Unfortunately, I’ll avoid this location in the future.

Giving a 1 star because zero isn’t an option. We ordered 2 famous bowls, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and 4 biscuits. When they handed my husband the drink, he questioned them about the correctness of our order. He was assured the order was right. When he arrived home for us to share dinner, we had 2 orders of fries, 3 pieces of chicken and one biscuit to go with a single drink. We tried calling back about our order to get a message from Chris saying they are busy with other customers.

The manager is extremely rude , I have witnessed him going off on 3 customers telling them they are wrong. He is right. How he does not care about there issues. I will not buy from the O Fallon KFC restaurant again! I have gone to the drive thru at this location once a week for the last three weeks trying to buy dinner! All three times I have been told the drive thru is closed, and I will have to come inside to order! Today, I asked to speak to a manager, a man said he was one of the managers! I asked why don’t they put up a sign when the drive thru is not working? His response was, “It’s unprofessional to put up a sign, it’s ghetto!” Does KFC realize this is how their customers are being spoken to? No longer a KFC customer!!!

If your lobby is closed put a sign on the door. We walked in to use the restroom and order and couldn’t do either. Drive thru lady told us “you have to go through drive thru” followed us while we walked out to lock the door. She had a whole attitude and was rude.

Horrible. Waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes, when I got to the intercom I was told I needed to come inside to order. I informed them that I was 9 months pregnant and have already waited 30 min. After explaining that I was told the drive thru is closed and they are no longer taking orders. Ridiculous.
