This place is an embarrassment to the brand! Can no longer go here! This place was filthy and needs the health dept to visit them, immediately! Moldy unswept floors (including the kitchen!), every table dirty (despite no customers inside), layers of greasy handprints on the table light fixtures and entry doors, soda fountain has mold in the tray from not being properly cleaned, and BOTH restrooms out of order. Staff was being loud and inappropriate and music was not appropriate for the general public. And most importantly, the food was off and tasted funny. This place makes the Colonel sad.

Not busy at all. Ordered ahead. Took me 20 minutes to get there. When I arrived I’m told it’ll be another 20 minutes! Since when does kfc take 40 minutes to get your food? They don’t have any straws. There’s trash all over. The restaurant is filthy. The young lady at the counter was nice enough. The gentleman who was apparently in charge was obviously tired and probably needs to find another job cause he’s definitely not built for customer service. COVID is that ver folks. You can’t use that excuse anymore to have terrible service and exorbitant prices for mediocre food.

I’ve come through a few times this past 2 weeks due to them never having a line during lunch (or almost ever really. They always look dead), and I will admit they do work really fast in the drive thru- however they’re always out of half the things you want (the new chicken nuggets, potpies, or chicken drumsticks). It’s mediocre at best, and ok for a quick bite- just be prepared for them to forget some of your items like biscuits and whatnot.

Out of chicken littles, funnel cake fries and sauces.. seemed like a joke to the employees that I was even trying to order them.. even though they were on the menu. Ordered 12 nuggets and got 8 and 2 burnt pieces. No fork the the max n cheese. Just a mess.

Horrible service. I went through the drive through. Ordered chicken tenders, given a price and told to pull around. I’m the only car there. Opens window and tells me how much and I give him my card. Hands it back after running it and ask me to pull forward. I’m still the only person there. Before I do I tell him I would like honey mustard sauce. He informs me there out. Ok I’ll have KFC sauce. He says we’re out of that too. Nothing else sounds good. I pull forward and immediately decide I just want a refund. I go in and ask for refund, at which time the manager tells me they don’t do refunds. And it’s my fault because I didn’t ask for the dipping sauce at the speaker. There was no apology about being out or any thing. They were very confrontational and a women sitting in the dinning room. Who I suspect was the actual Manger said just give him back his money and get him out of here. I usually don’t go here because they are always out of the chicken sandwich or the tenders or both. I think that’s why I just wanted a refund. I will never go back there. It’s sad because it’s right by my work. Is it just me or does it bother you when they ask you to pull forward and your the only one there. Just feels like they don’t want you to see. I don’t know. Don’t waste your time here. Pathetic manager and service.

I stopped by to order a meal. They had sent the 2 cars before me to park up front to wait for food. I ordered my food and they asked me to pull forward to wait and I said I would prefer to wait at the window, I was responded with comments that I was fat and additional profanity, all because I said multiple people had already pulled forward so I wanted to wait at the window… I asked for a refund, currently I don’t See the refund is processed and they said their receipt machine was down when I asked for one to confirm

DO NOT RECOMEND!!! Placed online order. Cannot pick up from lobby have to wait in the drive thru. 1st time thru I was given the wrong order. 2nd time thru I was treated as it was my fault they gave me the wrong order stating I gave them the wrong name. Then they gave me my order and yelled at to keep moving because I wanted to check my order at the window instead of waiting in the line a third time. When I got home the order was still wrong and screwed up. Shorted a piece of chicken in the basket, biscuits smashed, and large fries half full.

Well first off they didn’t have any soda at the machine. My wife’s order was cold and old. We actually wanted to sit down and dine in however literally every table was dirty. The server yelled food’s up and threw it across the counter. Did I mention the tables were disgusting. And, and an employee was sitting in the lobby listening to whatever he was listening to as we tried to find a place to sit. Yeah I know, kfc owner, thanks for letting us know what was wrong….. it’s a shame you have to keep saying that, here’s an idea fix the problem. But don’t worry I will hound corporate EVERY day until you fix it. The worst of all is we came to your store because all the others are just as bad. I will be calling, I promise
