Lobby closed at 8:07 on a Saturday, I refuse to use a drive thur when your lobby should be open, I’ll go elsewhere. Also, my last visit 3/19/22 the floor where greasy and crumbs everywhere, tables where dirty and things left on them

Very disappointed. We ordered a bucket of chicken we only received thighs. Chicken was horrible . We very rarely eat out and this is what we got. Slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy were good. I gave them a 1 because I couldn’t give them a -10. I would make sure you check the quality of your food before getting home with it. We live 5 minutes from there so it wasn’t like we let the food sit before we decided to eat. I knew we should have tried the chicken strip or chicken sandwich. I don’t know that they will get the opportunity since we had already said we were not going back because of our previous visit. Hoping other people who spent their hard earned money for an out to eat special night had/ have better results. We will not make this mistake again.

I used to really enjoying getting takeout from this KFC. The last several times I’ve ordered from their drive through they were out of things and the chicken breading seemed soggy, not crunchy. I like to give places chances, but not sure I’ll be trying this location in the future!

If I were dying and this kfc was the only place I could get to for food or water, I would happily accept my death. Nothing is worth having to deal with this place. Service is terrible. Food is terrible. At times, the chicken is literally rotten. Even if you’re the only customer of the day you will be sent to the side to park and wait for your food, but it probably won’t come. And if it does, you will be thoroughly disappointed. If you love your family and friends, please do not bring them here. Their lives will be negatively impacted by this chicken. Please stop giving them a second, third, and fourth chance and just let this place die out so we can get something decent there instead.

I can not spend another dollar at this KFC. Over and over again they either don’t have chicken, ruin orders, or make you wait for FORTY FIVE MINUTES for a normal bucket of chicken. I honestly used to love family night with a bucket of extra crispy but not here. I keep trying every so many months in hopes they get new management and fix their issues but no, just more awful service and food. Just tonight, I ordered food for myself and the family. My sandwich was charcoal black and dryer than the surface of Mercury. I asked if they could remake it and they said it’d be 15 minutes. I said no thanks I’d just take a refund because I had other food in the car and didn’t want it to get cold. They told me they weren’t allowed to give refunds… ok… so I just left and threw the sandwich away on the way out the door. Never agian.

Had to wait 15 minutes in side parking lot for food. Soda was flat. The chicken tasted boiled with the breading thrown on. Slaw and mashed potatoes had terrible taste. Employees wore no uniforms or hair nets.

My wife and I went here for dinner to go. We must have arrived during the busiest time of day. We were informed before we placed our order that the wait time is extended due to time of day and short staff. As we waited for out meal we could hear people complaining at the counter and in the drive through. When our food was served the manager apologized once again for the wait. Everything we ordered was made to order and nothing was missing from our order. We will be returning to this location. Ordered ahead online. When we arrived, the lobby was closed 5 hours early, so we had to wait in the drive thru behind only 3 cars but took over 20 minutes. When we told them we were there for our online order … they had not even started it yet (40 minutes after the order was placed). No. They were not busy, nor were they understaffed. We saw FIVE workers through the window. If the lobby is closed and they are only doing drive-through and drive through isnt even that busy. There is no excuse for this. We ordered ahead for a reason… fast pickup. This store has lost our business for good. Lazy and rude workers and lousy management. Plain and simple. Im surprised they are still open for business.

6/2/2023. 12:50 PM. I ordered a number 9 with a side of a small coke slaw. They told me to just go park even though no one was behind me which I thought was very odd. 4 different times they came out to ask if the order they had was mine and all 4 times it wasn’t. Each time I told her what I ordered and finally I got mine. I was shorted the cold slaw and a receipt for my order. The number to call them is a fax machine so I cannot contact them via phone and I’m back at work so I’m stuck. I don’t understand this kind of service.

The fried chicken meal was in a Puddle of Grease in box n it Tasted…bad did not eat it. My Henry’s meal was ….only got 1/3 of fries in the Large meal box. Very dissatisfied, n disappointed. Sent a e mail to corporate complaints n Requested my money back.
