Not sure if it was just an off night for the person who was taking my order, but they came off as very confrontational and abrupt. For every item I tried to order it was okay, pull forward, only for me to say “Could you please also add”. I ordered 2 meals and a side of fries. So my order wasn’t outrageous. I understand people have bad days, so I paid and said thank you with a smile. The chicken was greasy/soggy. The side of fries was cold. But the biscuits were good and so was the Mac and cheese. Unfortunately, my experience would not have me wanting to frequent the establishment again.

your quality of food has gone down hill. I fear you will not be in business long after this visit. My chicken was umdercooked, pink and big globs of undercooked breading. My boyfriend and son could not eat theirs, went in the trash. You had to substitute 2 pieces of chicken with extra crispy because you were out of original. You are always out of something. It is not right to spend $40 for a meal and it is not suitable for human consumption. Your pieces of chicken are also alot smaller. Come on….managers get your act together.

The chicken breast looked like it was leftover from the day before or cooked in old oil. The outside was dark brown and greasy. After a bite or two threw it away. The French fries were ok.

I ordered a meal with no drink, cashier dropped the exact change I handed her. I was handed a drink and was given a handful of change as though she didn’t drop the exact change I handed her. Food was cold.

Even though the guy at the window was polite, my order was horrible. I asked for original recipe and I thought I got extra crispy before I realized that the chicken seemed like it was reheated or over cooked. The gravy and mashed potatoes didn’t even taste as good as they usually do. Can’t recommend this place unless they find a new manager that knows how to cook the classic product.

Went to the KFC in Wentzville through the drive thru tonight and instead of being greeted with hello or how are you or even what can I get you, the first thing out of the guys mouth was to ask for a donation for something. Don’t get me wrong, I am perfectly fine with being asked, but at least do the courtesy of taking care of me first.

PI-TI-FUL…manager Chris is extremely rude and unprofessional. Gave me a half full drink, then when brought to his attention stated that they don’t fill sodas all the way up….that’s a problem. Then proceeded to take the cup and say we’re holding up his line…sir there’s 2 cars in your “line”. Tried the new chicken wraps that they had, but were not on the menu…that should’ve been my sign. They were hard and looked like they had been sitting there all day.
