I really enjoyed our dinner! You could tell some of it had been sitting longer than the other things but it was still delicious and the staff was quick and friendly! We didn’t get all our sauces but we had gravy so it didn’t matter too much. Very surprised they weren’t busy because of how the food and service was!

We got 2 Famous Bowls and they were hot and fresh with juicy meat. I believe they use the chicken tenders as the meat in the famous bowl and it rested atop a thick mashed potato and corn base with a little too much gravy. It’s about the best you can expect KFC to be, staff did their jobs 100%. This KFC is much better than I remember it to be during my childhood.

Terrible!!!! We live 15 miles away. Ordered online and paid. Got to the restaurant and they had given our food to someone else and didn’t have enough to replace ours. Had to go on the app for a refund. When I tried to call the store to complain, their phone wasn’t working properly. They charge a pretty penny for this food, they should atleast provide it

We ate in the restaurant, and the fries were barely warm. The other food was at least warm. The floors and the counters were all sticky, and the bathrooms were one step above an outhouse. The whole place needs to be scrubbed from top to bottom.

I purchase food from Hannibal Mo KFC. Once to twice each week. Tonight my chicken was so dry like it had set for awhile, green beans were cold. I called manager, Nigel, who was very rude. Said it wasn’t possible what I was saying about food. He told me I could return food for replacement. I am a senior citizen and I don’t drive after dark. I admit I responded to his rude, unprofessional attitude when he dropped the “F” bomb which I didn’t appreciate. I offered for him to come get the food, was told he didn’t have gas to come. He tried to say I cursed first, that is not true. He indicated I was lying about food and just wanted a free meal. That was not my reason for calling. I thought he should know food was not up to standard tonight.
