If you’re on the go, this isn’t a bad place to eat. However if you’re expecting good quality food this is probably not the place for you…. Especially if you go in the evening time, most of the sides are half full, and the chicken seems old and almost out of date

I went into the restaurant to order my food. I asked for the 16-piece chicken dinner. I specifically asked for 1 chicken breast, 2 thighs and legs, and 11 wings. I also ordered massed potatoes with gravy and green beans. I waited and waited for my food. I finally asked them after about 20 minutes what the delay in getting my food. I was told they only had 4 original wings, and they asked if they could substitute the other 7 wings with crispy. I told them that was fine. I waited and waited. Now I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes. They tell me they only have 7 wings at this point. I asked them to refund me money for the 4 wings. I was told they couldn’t do that, and they needed the general manager who was not in the building. They offered me more sides. It is now 45 minutes and still no food. A woman behind the counter told me they were microwaving my corn. I told her that I would just take my food now. She told me that she couldn’t sell me raw food. I asked for all of my money to be refunded and left. I will never go back to this KFC in Potosi again.

Well the new Kentucky fried chicken. The mack and cheese looked like it was 3 days old dried out and my dog wouldn’t eat the mack and cheese. Will post photos. Coleslaw was fine. My chicken bowl was fine. This time they did give enough silverware. For the 50 dollars we spent was lacking

Ordered an 8 piece regular meal with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes to go..was told they were out of biscuits, and the chicken was not fully cooked I will not be going back to KFC in potosi Missouri anytime soon. $30 for undercooked chicken is not acceptable.

We got 4 family meals to go for a family get together. Staff was nice enough to put it together for us quickly on short notice. We called about an hour ahead of time. A little expensive these days but what can you do? We fed 14 people for 190.00…
