We usually have a good experience at this location. However this time we were shorted our tenders. When my husband went in to let them know he was called a “liar” and the manager actually took 10 mins to argue with him that he was wrong. Him and I both checked the bag. Needless to say by the time we finally got our order all the food was cold and the chicken tasted like extremely old oil. Will never go back. Could have forgiven the chicken but to be told that we are “liars” is unacceptable. Contacting corporate on this manager as well.

I get the taco bell. I’m afraid of their chicken. I don’t believe they have ever changed their fryer oil. I took chemistry and molecular biology, I know what happens to that oil at 450 degrees. Lotsa trans fats. Lots. And not the kind that gets their picture on bud lite cans. I won’t eat it, not now, not ever. But y’all feel free to damage your heart as much as you like.

Not a fan of leaving a review. But i just had a bad experience awhile ago. I Ordered 8pcs of Chicken and 8pcs of Chicken Tender and paid $41. On the App or even when you go the map and try to order for pick up it only showed a $10 price for both total $20. But it doubled the price in-store. They did not even gave me the receipt. So i went in and asked for the receipt and why is it not the same expensive to buy in store, they said prices online are not the same. But when you order online you would still pick it up in the branch. And then somebody came in an ask if she could use the coupon, she was told no because it will start in May. But on the coupon they sent out it says valid until May 22, 2023.

This place is absolutely NASTY !!!!! They serve expired chicken, The employees don’t wash their hands, drinking from open containers around the drink station in front of customers. Not using gloves and the management has the worst attitude. They are completely just NASTY !!!!!

I hadn’t had KFC in a long time. Decided to go through the drive through and get an 8pc bucket to take home and discovered I had the old, dried out, been sitting under the heat lamp way too long batch. It was really disappointing.

I ordered 2 chicken breast meal plus large unsweetened tea and a mini chocolate. Got home and it was one breast and a thigh. Went ahead and ate it but decided to call up there and their phone is off the hook. I drove up there and he said to bring the receipt and they would fix it. Got up there and wouldn’t fix it with the receipt. He lied. And wasn’t nice at all. This has been the 6 th time they have messed up my order or my daughters. Don’t leave the line until you check all your food. It’s sad to have to check your food every time and hold up the line. Not pleased at all

Worst kfc I’ve been to. Pot pie was all crust 1 chunk of chicken. Chicken sandwich dropped grease so much bun was soaked. Music so loud you can’t talk. Manager sat in corner playing and laughing on computer and phone.
