I had quit eating here over a year ago because the quality of their food had declined. Thought I would try again in case it had gotten better. Ordered 2 pieces of chicken thru the drive thru. Price he quoted was $4.19. Handed him my card at the window and asked for a receipt. He handed me my card and bag with the chicken and I said where is my receipt? He said in the bag. I pulled forward and looked in the bag, no receipt. I went in and said I needed a receipt and he punched in some numbers and handed me a receipt for $4.19. I told him I wanted the one that showed my card number. He got hateful and said he couldn’t give that to me. Later I found out why, he charged my card for $5.00. He gave me $4.19 cash and told me to leave. How many people don’t catch the over charge? Chicken still isn’t very good. Would not recommend eating here unless ownership changes and personnel changes!

Went to this location to get my family lunch on a Sunday and the guy on the drive-thru intercom was extremely rude. I canceled my order and was driving off. On the way around, the guy shot the finger to us with my children in the back seat. Tried to call them, and of course they didn’t answer. Explained to my kids, we don’t support anyone being rude to us. Won’t be returning.

Ordered online with a pickup time of 1152 am. Waited until 12:30 pm with 15 people coming in and receiving their food they ordered. Finally told them to shove the food where the sun don’t shine and to enjoy their day. Will never go back. Complete idiots that run the place.

I saw the mediocre reviews and was nervous. This is not the kfc near my house but the reviews were about the same and I’ve had bad experiences at that one recently. I got to the drive tru around 1:30 and there was no line so we went pretty quickly. The food tastes like fried chicken. I don’t really like any of their sides so I just got ones that the people I was with would like and they said the mashed potato’s and Mac and cheese tasted normal. The speaker was really quiet if I have to say anything negative.

My sister ordered 10 wings large fry and a drink. The lady at window had a nasty attitude. She told my sister all they had was 4 wings and it was going to take 15 minutes for the order. We paid then and they had us to park to the side for another 15 minutes. A man comes out gives us the box of chicken only. We asked for our fries, and drink. He goes back into store brings out a torn receipt and says, ” She didn’t order no fries or drinks! The receipt don’t lie!” I told him I know she ordered it She paid 20 dollars for 10 pieces only and didn’t get fries and drinks.
