Ordered online. Waited about 10 minutes before someone walked up to the register to receive my order that should’ve been fully prepared 10 minutes prior. Once I got home and opened tied bag, I get to find an order of large fries I ordered for the family to split about 1/4- 1/2 full. With 16 pieces of chicken. To top it off the chicken was dark and so dry like it was cooked yesterday and just refried. I ordered 8 biscuits and they weren’t there. At this point I’d love to have my money back but they won’t even answer the phone. This is the absolute worst KFC. This was also the first time I’ve been able to order in about 2 years. Different reasons include but not limited to credit card don’t work, OUT OF CHICKEN, and not enough staff. They were open, just not taking orders.. in the picture of chicken I held up a strip to show the color it should be .

Went thru the drive thru last night was told to go park out front, nothing else, was given no receipt, no estimate on how long it would take, nothing, just park out front. 30 minutes later, my boyfriend goes in to see what the issue is, and some gal comes out wit 2 orders yelling at every car to see what they had, he came out and asked what the hold up was and she gave him an attitude. He went back in to see if he could get his money back and nope, because they didn’t give a receipt, so we wait another 20 minutes and he goes in and comes out with our food that had been sitting there for 10 minutes. Apparently they only had 2 people working on a Friday night at 6:00. Which would have been fine if they would have communicated nicely with people instead of copping an attitude when asked a question. Won’t go there again

I went there twice. Both times I had bad experience. They mix old chicken tenders with freshly made ones and I could instantly know it. The fries were over fried both times and most of the tables were dirty. When you enter the restaurant, there is a stench. They should learn a thing or two about cleanliness at least. I will never go back to this store again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. After paying with no cars behind me, I was asked to pull around because if I stayed at the drive-thru window too long they would get in trouble. I said no I’ll wait here. I got my sandwich a minute later and it was 2 old chicken tenders on a bun drowning in spicy sauce. The sandwich was literally sitting in 1/4 cup of sauce inside the bag. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have to applaud their business model. No legitimate complaints if there is no receipt! Seems like 1/7 tries they get the order right. Missing items, less than helpful staff, and an owner who cares less. The inside still smells like a sewer and they just remodeled?
