I don’t know what happened to this place lately but it seriously has went down here. It’s like the employees no longer care . My food is overly cooked. I don’t have any honey for my biscuit which I asked for. I had to go inside because you forgot my drink when usually thats the first thing you hand out. Plus my damn food was cold . Just wasn’t the best day for you guys. Hope you guys get it together .

Horrible wait and experience. Do not go here. Long wait just to order. Long wait at the window. Told to pull aside so we could wait in a parking spot over 20 mins. Finally my husband goes in to see what was taking so long. Asked for money back and was told they couldn’t without manager. Manager seemed to be on something maybe. Finally got money back. Another customer said she ordered nacho fries and she received fries with seasoning on it. Was told we don’t have nacho fries, but they tried to make something instead of saying they don’t have it.

On Sunday, June 11, 2023 we stopped to pick up chicken for a family meal. We went inside to order and waited 4 1/2 to 5 minutes with no one waiting on us. Yes, they saw me standing there. When I asked for help, I was greeted with a not so nice person who said “well, I was just out there”. Clearly she had not been out for 5 minutes. She was not nice taking my order and while filling our order she slammed the food around. I apologized for asking for help. She VERY rudely said “have a good day”. The men’s bathroom had mud all over the floor. Very dirty! Too bad that a fairly new renovated place is already getting filthy again with such negative service. When talking about customers where they can see and here what you are saying is NOT a good public appearance for a restaurant.

I tried the new KFC Nuggets combo today. The combo comes with a biscuit, fries, nuggets and a drink for under $9. The chicken comes in a little box like Chick fil a. But don’t be alarmed. Tons of Original recipe flavor. Fries are coated like their wedges. Biscuit came with honey and butter. Honestly the best lil bargain. Got through the line fast and a nice crew. Pretty busy place!

Terrible food ordered original got extra crispy taste like it was cooked in old oil or it was dirty equipment. Called corporate after I got home this was a drive thru order, I live 30 miles away and paid about $30.00. Never heard from corporate again, was told I would get a call back, called again they don’t care. Never will I support their business again. Food was awful, was told at the window they were out of biscuits. I’m surprised they are still in business. Don’t hear anything good about them.

So there is no soap in the men’s room, and the hand sanitizer is empty by the counter. Not sure what the employees are doing to clean their hand!!!

Chicken is EXTREMELY overcooked and full of grease. Mashed potatoes are old, have hard lumps and have the consistency of jell-o. Water tastes HORRIBLE. Drinks are watered down. Worst I’ve ever been too.
