The food is good but the service at this place has been always terrible. Most if not everyone who works here has multiple piercings and tattoos all over their body. And even though we never order a meal and never ask for a drink, they still give us the cups anyway. So please DO NOT EVER go here. Go to the one on the south belt. It’s way better than this piece of junk that deserves to be shut down.

Mystery pieces of chicken in the 8 piece bucket. I ordered Extra crispy and it’s anything BUT crispy. It’s like Original but cooked maybe 60 seconds longer. Biscuits were old and dried out. Wouldn’t recommend KFC these days.

Ordered $100 of food for a party with delivery and tip. Got nothing. Called KFC and was referred to Doordash. Called Doordash and was referred to KFC… meanwhile, the charges went ahead seamlessly on my credit card and neither party would take responsibility.

I went to KFC tonight and got their 16 piece bucket, 4 lg sides and 8 biscuits and I was disappointed on the amount in the sides . I expect there to be mashed potatoes to feed my family not 2 people. They were like a individual size amount. Getting disappointed on their service!!
