I stopped eating at this KFC restaurant in Nevada, Missouri a long time ago, as I had a grievance every single time I went through the drive-through. Recently, I decided to stop by and see if things had gotten better. I went as soon as they opened, thinking that I would get freshly made food. However, to my disappointment, the store was still locked when I arrived. There were a couple of employees outside who informed me that the manager had not shown up to unlock the store.

When arriving at the restaurant to order our food we waited for ever with little people there. As the person at the window told us it’ll be few for fresh chicken. When getting my chicken bowl it was nothing but dried up corn. FYI tasted disgusting. I don’t know how other’s people experience is, but every time I show up I’m never happy with what I ordered. This place is a no go for me!

Place has gone down hill after the pandemic and the closing of the bridge just effected access to them. Kind of sad. And they took Taco Bell out too. I think that has a lot to do with it. Just an older building. Used to have a buffet for seniors that loved it especially but removed that. Bathrooms were horrible, which made ya wonder about the rest of the place. Just a really old building and needs tore down, bring back LUNCH BUFFET AND maybe a fish fastfood connected and y’all will back in business in no time! Promise.

Couldn’t leave zero stars. We pulled in, got out and dine in not open. Went to drive thru and no green beans. No box meals anymore and no cookies for others on the trip. We left and ate somewhere else.

Was there at noon when it opened. Was told could not order thru drive thru till chicken was done in 11min. and I had to come back. Here it is 12:30 and still stuck in line waiting. Several cars in front of me and several in back.

Stopped at 11.39 for a meal. Sign on board said lobby open at 11.30. Doors locked. As we were leaving without food, an employee was sitting in his truck smoking. No comment saying, “I’ll let you in…” Nothing. So cannot comment as to quality of food. Will get lunch in the next city.
