Friendly stuff. Ugly chicken pieces and very fat. We didn’t have an option to choose any sauce. Visited KFC first time in USA and I think, the last time. We didn’t see an option to choose the food by ourselves and understand the price and what includes. After few hours on the way I still smell this really bad restroom soap on my hands Why do people like KFC?

Love my 8 piece chicken crispy. No complaints, nothing to brag about (I a chicken lover) , you really have to mess my chicken up for me to complain. But food is above decent taste. Customer Service meh. Nothing bad but nothing exceptional . Restaurant just average not dirty but lobby at 300pm should be nicely done. I noticed trash was full but not overflowing. Tables needed to be cleaned. There was clean tables. But it lobby definitely should have been looking good at off peak time of 3pm I didn’t mention it to employees, bc either A. It will be dismissed. Or B. The employees running front counter may have thought each other had assumed the other did it already. It happens. I would recommend this company. And yes I checked the back area where the cooking and prepping is done, I noticed that the employee was using gloves and the general area was very clean what I could see. Good job. Guys and gals.

I am convinced one of the female employees here stole my debit card information because I recall them taking an abnormal amount of time to give me my card back, but I have no solid proof besides multiple purchases at Shein and a few attempts to transfer money to another account. Ordered tea they were out so ordered lemonade, got ice water. Ordered honey sauce with my biscuit no such luck. Got three sides and not one utensil, corn mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw not finger food.
