I work in restaurant I know what double fried chicken and fries look like. Thought by getting there at 11 when open would get fresh food. Lol when I called the shift manager tried telling me it was fresh. When asked for his name he said I don’t have to give. Now this is a shift lead. Hope it’s not the one working window with long beard and no beard net which needs to be worn when halfing food. His costumer service skills very poor. I asked if oil was bad he said no. When I said it was double dipped he said extra crispy is double breaded. Not what I asked I was talking about double dipped in frier. He didn’t offer to fix issues. I took pics which I would love to post. Will deal with general manager and corporate tomorrow.

I went to go get kfc because I love kfc but after placing my order the he him they whatever it was at the register started yelling over the microphone and when I got to the window it threw up its hand and started having a additude for no reason and the manager told me I needed to go somewhere else this is ridiculous you can’t even get food nowadays without someone throwing a fit and acting unprofessional when I grew up the customer was always right I don’t understand where and when this changed I will never go back there again I really don’t even want to put one star

They wouldn’t let me buy a bowl or have one since I shared my meal with my husband. They would put my Mashed Potatoes and corn in the same bowl. All I wanted was to pay for an extra bowl.

I am so very frustrated with my experience with the Lebanon, MO KFC on July 20th @ 2:55 pm. I have been a KFC fan for nearly 50 years. I know exactly what I want & I order the same thing every. Single. Time. Because KFC’s are going out of business left & right in our area, there are very few left. We come thru Lebanon every 3 months & I sooo look forward to our visit, which makes our visit today that much more disappointing! I paid $38 dollars for an 8 piece meal, a drink & a cake. I ORDERED original recipe, all dark meat. I RECEIVED an extra crispy, mixed bucket. Imagine my frustration…we don’t eat white meat chicken!!! Because we spent so much $$ (we are on a fixed income, so KFC is truly a treat for us!), we tried the chicken breast & part of it was too tough for my husband to chew!! UGH!!). To add insult to injury, they also threw in wings as part of the 8 piece!! I do NOT pay that dang much money for WINGS!! There’s no meat on those bones! Honestly, this was one of our worst experiences ever…I sincerely doubt we will be stopping ever again.

I dont know what is going on there! KFC used to be good, I ordered my normal meal , a chicken strip family meal and they are not the same! They are flat! Like boot leather, dry and tasteless. They won’t answer my calls, very disappointed family now, guess I will make frozen pizza….

Tried to use the 12 pc coupon that comes with 3 homestyle sides and biscuits. Got told I couldn’t change out the sides even tho the coupon states other wise. Horrible service, Ron was rude and had an attitude. Will definitely be calling the gm tomorrow.

After four trips back up to the counter they almost got our order right. The tables were all dirty, trash spilling out of the cans, the floor was sticky. And this was 2 hours after the dinner rush.
