Food was great. The guy at the counter was great. However, the manager was yelling at him from the back to check the food or whatever buzzer was going off while he was helping me. He tried to explain that he was helping a guest but that didn’t matter to her. She was rude and did that mess to belittle him in front of a customer while he was doing his job. Not ok!!!

I went here twice in the past week and I had really poor service, my first time the lady at the register her fingernails were so dirty and gross like she was digging through mud and didn’t bother washing her hands and came right back to work, their was also visible rashes and sores all over her hands and face, i took my order to go but trashed it once I got to work.

Lots of things are no longer on the menu, no popcorn shrimp, no grilled chicken breast, and no salads. On this trip, chicken was extremely greasy due to being held in warmer to long, fries were cold and oily due to being not fresh but held in bin with new mixed with old!!!

Went in around 6:15pm Tuesday February 21 and wanted to try the new wraps so I ordered the 2 wrap meal. Well after I ordered and was waiting for my food, the cashier called me up to tell me that there weren’t any tortillas thawed out so I pretty much got two chicken Little sandwiches and an extra side of coleslaw that was supposed to go on it!! Someone should have set some tortillas out when they opened earlier in the day. Also it looked like the oil should have been changed days ago. It was my first experience at this location but my fiance’s 2nd and our experience(s) wasn’t that great so we won’t be back!!
