I ordered through the drive through. They shorted me an order of French fries. The chicken in the famous bowl has changed and the chicken was nasty and slimey. I attempted to call and report my dissatisfaction and the phone was answered by a fax machine that the employees would not turn it off to take a phone call. I will be calling again in the morning and see if there is any luck. I don’t think I’ll be eating there again.
