Pictures on the walls are faded. The lobby was acceptably clean but the restroom was gross. Neither would have passed the white glove test, that when I worked at a KFC we had often (and passed every one and still have the pins given tous). Don’t know if they still have white glove test but they should. I always wonder what the kitchen looks like when the restroom is not taken care of. But I will say for 2:00 in the afternoon the chicken was hot and fresh and was delicious. Ordered 16 Piece all dark of original recipe, when I went in I expected I would have to wait for it to be cooked or leftover from lunch and dried out that was not the case I was very pleased with the chicken. Service was good for the time of day and training a new employee but for the 6 person little rush and only 1 register they worked efficiently and wait was short.

I decided our family meal for Christmas eve would be KFC. I placed an order online at 11 am to be picked up at 4 pm same day. We arrived at about 3:55, waited in the car until 4, and then went in.

This KFC needs to be shut down. Took them 15 minutes to bring me my order. I ordered the Wraps Combo. I have to say it’s not worth what you are selling it for. It was very small and gross. I learned my lesson and will not ever go to this location ever again. Another thing why are you charging 5 cents for KFC Foundation?

I ordered two chicken quesadillas at the speaker and asked for them both to have sour cream on them. The employees asked to confirm that I wanted two chicken quesadillas, and I said “yes, sour cream on both again”. I got to the window and assumed everything was good and they gave me my food. Then I once again confirmed with her “did you put sour cream on both of them” and she said “no”. So then I asked if I could just get some on the side and they we’re going to get it charging me for it. And I just said never mind and left. Very disappointed with the service at the Taco Bell.

Where to start, it was so cold in there I contemplated eating in the car. The music was so loud I thought I was in the club ( which in hindsight was probably the best thing about this visit). The food? How was the food you ask, you could see the raw dough on my biscuit, the chicken tenders resemble the rubber chicken toy that my dog has and the chicken nuggets and fries were cold. I knew there was a reason I quit going there. Sorry KFC you’re off the dinner list.

The workers were really busy when we were there. One customer git really snooty with one of the workers because he wasn’t getting his food fast enough…it was ridiculous. The worker was very polite for the way he was being spoken to. They were extremely busy and it was uncalled for rudeness.

Super friendly and quick. But I asked for no cheese so had to go back in and get another famous bowl. No straw but no big deal and said no ice and got ice. That is fine. Kind of hard to access without going through the gas station and go past it and enter through the back. Nice and clean inside the restaurant.

Omg… they messed our order up and refused to answer their phone.. we had a specific conversation at the drive through that we hate mashed potatoes and love mac and cheese… these sons of batches gave us potatoes.. we called and they refused to pick up… we drove 100 miles for that chicken.. and they cleaned out the left-over mashed potatoes all over our poor family… I hope they enjoy the mac n cheese they snuck out the back door to take home for that week end barbque… #justiceformacandtammi
