Do NOT go here. It took 2 or 3 different people to take our order. There was no one in front of us or behind us so it wasn’t busy at all, and it was around 2 pm. The people in the drive-thru were absolutely rude to my parents when ordering. They also forgot the drink to one of our combos, gave no eating utensils, and the food we were given was cold or lukewarm. We also asked for white meat chicken in one of our meals and asked for extra crispy, and weren’t given either of those things. I refuse to ever go here again. It was my first and last time giving this place my money.

Went here tonight to get dinner for the family including 11 grandkids so ordered alot. $116 worth app said we had some time so we waited. Time came went in to get food nothing staff didn’t want to do anything no answers for why we don’t have our order and refuse to give a refund. We called the police and they sided with kfc saying nothing can be done this was a complete disappointment. So I guess with the police knowledge we got robbed by kfc we left without $116 and nothing to feed the grandkids. Oh yea they also said we were not to return again and we spend 100 or better everytime.

Weather at 10:30 in the morning and was told by one of the young employees after they refuse the answer to drive through microphone and window that they would be open for another 30 to 45 minutes because there wasn’t enough people so we went ahead and left the person who waited on me at the counter was a disrespectful teenage girl who thought that she had the world handed to her just saying if you can avoid this place you should at all cost

I drove up to grab a late dinner at 09:35 PM. As I walked towards the door, an employee (with a smirk on his face) basically ran to the door to lock it. The hours of operation are clearly marked as closing at 10:00PM. Secondly, the websites of KFC and Taco Bell have conflicting hours. I did not and will not go through the drive through after that performance! This is the second time a similar action has happened, and I will no longer spend money at this location.

I don’t know if the man at the window is a manager or not but the man is very rude, I’ll tempered. He’s constantly yelling or belittling the employees. If he is the manager I can see why they are needing help. Always have to correct the order because it’s usually wrong cause he either doesn’t listen good or he’s not at the register. The food is not that great for the prices you pay. I really don’t know how this place stays in business.

Absolutely displeased. Was put on hold for 9 minutes at the speaker then got to the window and when I asked for a correction on an order he rolled his eyes and walked off. I was stuck at the window saying “sir” and he walked off with the window open. A woman came around and I kept saying “ma’am” and she ignored me too. He came back and was extremely rude and sarcastic and while asking if I wanted any sauce flipped me off. Unacceptable. This was the manager with 1 arm and was not wearing a name tag

Want some KFC? Do yourself a favor and drive on up to Overland Park instead of Paola. Though they seem to have come up with a couple decent employees now, the cooks still don’t care what they serve. Ours was hard and barely warm. Simply not worth eating. Next time we want KFC, we’ll pass on by Paola.
