Cashiers and crews are more busy on their phones here than actually listening to customers and getting orders correct. Cashiers and crews very often have charged me the wrong amount, excluded items from my orders that I already have paid for, and gave me crispy chicken while I ordered original recipe. It seems that very seldom I get good service at this location, often cashiers and crews are very rude and neglectful.

I ordered the famous bowl without corn and a sweet tea. Because of the heat outside I chose delivery. Didn’t get the sweet tea and there was corn in the dish. How hard is it to read a screen and make the order correctly? Until you can get customers orders correctly you do not deserve $15 an hour. Tried calling them and of course no one will answer the phone.

This location can’t get an order right. Either they leave out something, or are out of extra crispy, or ALL chicken. Last time they had me pull out of line & after 10 minutes came out & said they were out of extra crispy. They already had my money so I said I’d take regular. I’m done with this place.

The service from the employees is EXTREMELY RUDE. They made me feel like I was bothering them when I tried to pick up my food. When I told them my name for the order they proceeded to make fun of my last name right in front of me. I ended up not even getting my food and told I was not allowed back in the store because I told them it was rude of them to make fun of me and laugh at me. I can’t believe the disrespect from the employees in this store.

I order using doordash for 3 dinners. Our biscuits were hard as rocks and my order included a breast and wing. The wing was so small, the size of a baby chick’s wing. I paid for 2 pieces. That was not a piece! No butter, honey, salt or pepper was included. Not happy.

I like KFC, but regularly have bad experiences in KC area, regardless of the location. Tonight, I went through the drive-thru and waited an excessively long period of time, 25 minutes, in total, even though I only had three vehicles in front of me. I asked for a 12 pc., chicken only, with half original and half extra crispy. I got home and had only 9 pieces of greasy, soggy chicken, all original recipe. I called several times, but no one will answer the phone. I regularly get shorted chicken, so it’s time to stop being a customer. I hope someone makes this right.

Went thru the drive thru, the man said they only had original chicken with legs, wings and thighs.This was fine with us. We get home only to find we were given extra crispy, no gravy for the potatoes and no receipt! We aren’t happy with this transaction whatsoever! We tried to call KFC and the phone just rang. Lesson learned to check what kind of chicken received, make sure all items are in the sack and get the receipt. We were the only people in the drive thru as it was 3:30 in the afternoon. If no stars were an option, I would have gladly given none!! Highly disappointed!

Went through drive through got to window to pay was asked to pay a different amount. I had to tell him what it cost then management had to open drawer for him don’t know why I was paying with debit card. Then was told to go park they would bring order out. Waited like 10 minutes for order and didn’t get our drinks. Guy was a little frustrated about drinks but he did get them for us. Might be a while before going back to this location.
