Ordered the family bucket of chicken deal and they had no biscuits. The wait was long enough I didn’t want to wait 20 minutes for more biscuits. They are the best part of the meal, so we were disappointed but I didn’t want to cook dinner for 10 people so we settled for extra potatoes, which we didn’t get..

I placed an online order and had husband pick it up. Ordered 2 3 pieces chicken with 2 sides and drinks. I ordered regular but he was told they didn’t have any, it would be 15-20 minutes. But they had extra crispy available right then. The chicken was so dried out, we couldn’t eat it. What a waste of $25!

The chicken was soggy which threw off the whole meal unfortunately. Other than that the sides were great. The biscuits were perfect, as was the brown gravy like always. Still recommend as it is a staple of the United States anymore. The chicken just happened to be soggy which was my only issue with them.

I ordered 2 famous bowls. The “chicken” was literally just over fried pieces of breading with a tiny sliver of chicken inside. All of the pieces were like that. There was basically no chicken at all. They should change their name to KFF. Kentucky Fried Flour.
