First visit was nice, famous bowl was perfect, second visit the workers sounded like they wanted to jump out a 12 story building lmao. The food was barely warm and quality was completely different from the first time. Also my girlfriend got wrong sides, wrong drink and no sauce even though it was ordered. Rude people working on today! (4/22/23) ordered in drive thru, we ALWAYS park and check our order, lo and behold it’s missing sides. Go inside and nobody acknowledges us, so we say “EXCUSE ME” and they finally walk over with attitude. We explained couple things missing and we get eye rolls and “we’ll get you your missing items” They need a refresher in customer service when they’re the ones who messed up.

KFC used to be one of my favorite places to eat but not anymore. The chicken was dry & there was only 7 pieces instead of 8 & 3 of them were legs, the Mac n cheese tasted artificial & I don’t know what y’all did to your gravy, but it tasted burnt. The Coronal would be very ashamed. Bring back the original recipes, not what ever you changed & teach your employees what an 8 piece consists of. The service/cashier was great, just gotta work on that food service.

Our family loves, loves, loves their tender grill chicken. If you have not tried that you are missing out. Unfortunately it is not as popular as their fried chicken and so it is only available at the KFC on 21st Street near Woodlawn. I usually call ahead and tell him how many pieces I want and they make it up fresh and it is fantastic!!! We’ve always been a fan of their coleslaw too.
