Good chicken and sides. Floor cleaning needs to be done with mop only for front area not both the kitchen and dining room. Counter service personnel could be a bit more friendly as if they liked working for the establishment.

I can not comment on food or atmosphere. Service stunk. I waited at the counter for five minutes was recognized finally was told one minute. Then by the time the other lady noticed us she couldn’t do the registers. I am traveling thru and love KFC. Was very disappointed going to go home where it is bigger and better in Texas…

I ordered a 2 piece dark meat and a 3 piece dark meat I received. Both were 2 pieces and mine had white and dark meat. While waiting for me order at 7pm in the evening, I had to listen to the worker say she had only been there a couple of weeks and did not like it.

How can you run out of white meat at 5pm! Dinner rush..only had 3 pieces of white meat that were so dry,cold and very small. Ordered chicken little meal for my daughter. With mashed potatoes instead of fries. Gave us fries not what we ordered. Everything was cold and old. This happens quite a bit at this particular store. Crazy..

Flies in the windows. I had to go to the counter twice to get all my order. My biscuit was hard as a rock. I took it back to the counter and wasn’t even offered another one. The staff that was up front and not in the back standing around talking were rude. I won’t go back to this location!

Service is always bad and RUDE every time. we can never order what we want due to rush hour or almost closing time. And we hate hearing telling customers that we can’t get you wings right now when we are in the middle of rush hour. Who says that to paying customers. Better management need to take over.
