The cashier was nice made sure I got all the utensils and sauce needed for the meal my family bought. The order was made correctly but because they short changed me and another person of chicken from the famous bowl knocked the rating down a peg. This review is also coming from someone who used to work at this store many years ago.

I have been here 10 times exactly trying to give them a chance but every single time there is always something missing from my order. I waited 20 mins in the drive thru with 1 car in front. Then got my order I always check it before leaving. Saw 4 items were missing went inside the lobby with the recipe and waiting 15 more minutes before someone came to help me. Then they just through the food in containers in the counter and just walked off… Terrible service. I tried giving them chances.

I swear the employees here mess up your order on purpose. Of my last five visits here, only once has my order been correct. In the other four instances, either something was wrong or something was missing. I only ever order a single combo meal, too. Three items, one bag. Not difficult. Again, I swear it’s on purpose.

I don’t think the problem with the workers I think it’s a problem with the company. This location is always short on chicken if you try to order dinner even semi busy they will tell you it’s a 45 minute wait. The occasionally get things wrong and takes forever to get it fixed because there’s not enough people working. When I was here there were two people working one on the register one making the food.

I did an app order, because it’s supposed to save time right? So, I got there and the lobby was locked so I drove thru the drive thru. By that time my estimated pick up time had been pushed back 5 minutes. No problem. They told me to pull around and wait. And wait. And wait. I wait in a hot car in the parking lot for an hour. I finally get fed up and pull back thru to cancel. They said it would be 4 more minutes. And it actually was. But this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant, and believe me, I’ve had some bad ones. I’m never going back, and you should avoid at all costs.

Went through the drive thru around 6 o’clock. There were 2 cars ahead of me. It took about 10 minutes for the person ordering to place their order. Meanwhile the car directly in front of me decides that life is too short and leaves. I pull to the speaker to place my order. No greeting from the person taking orders or anything. I patiently wait for almost 10 minutes before I ask if there is anyone there. The person inside doesn’t apologize for the wait or anything just immediately says that they are holding for chicken and it will be about 30 minutes. These guys are a place that sells chicken and they can’t anticipate a dinner rush?! I am more upset that I sat so long waiting for someone to acknowledge me only to be turned away due to inept management. Not the first time this location has been down on chicken, but certainly the first time i sat for that amount of time in a drive thru waiting. I won’t be going back to this location EVER! I will drive 7 miles out of my way and go to a different location, or go to churches or Popeyes next time.

Service was needless to say awful. Stood there waiting for 10 mins with no one else in the place. Then after ordering chicken fried steaks, 1 was cold and the other had most of the middle missing. The employees was loud and obnoxious. Was worst dining I have done in 5 yrs or more. I will never return again.
