The manager was super rude. He told me they don’t have any more extra crispy is original fine? After I already paid so I said no can I just have a refund and then he told me he doesn’t have time to do a refund and I’m going to have to wait for him to cook the extra crispy and he doesn’t know how long it’s going to be but I need to wait. Customer service is trash and the manager was even worse. She refused to give me a number for her higher up and told me to use Google. She did a lot of trying to talk over me. They said they weren’t taking orders for about 25 minutes so they could get caught up. Mind you this was prime dinner time, around 6. Need to fire everybody and start over. If I could give a 0, I would.

Worst service in town. The cashier had no idea what she was doing and looked stoned. Learned very quickly after ordering that they were not going to get our food out. After 30 minutes of listening to customers be turned away we tried to see how much longer and we’re told they didn’t know and no refunds. Posted policy at the register is no refunds only replacement. Finally gave up and left.

After my LAST visit to this location, I knew I would have to be pretty bad off, or, worse, to ever even think of returning. A friend of mine just told me he went there, and got BURNED chicken. He said “YOU WERE RIGHT”. OF COURSE, I was right. They should end the current crew, and send them on a one way trip to Club Potsherds. If the new crew can’t do any better, they should be sent to same club.

first of all, I waited over 35 minutes for two very small meals. I did give it the benefit of the doubt that it was dinner time. But we also had customers coming back in after they were advised that they could get a replacement for their mistake of a meal. Managers had poor customer service and did not seem to care and would not take ownership of the mistake that they’ve done to that customer. There’s a manager named Richard there and he ran away from the customer that was trying to speak to him about the issue and was hiding in the back of the restaurant. Second of all, I was missing food and also my order was completely incorrect for my chicken sandwich. It was not the correct chicken sandwich. It was missing cheese. It was missing bacon. I asked for no pickles and there was pickles on the sandwich. I am very disappointed in the store and how they treat their customers and how they handle services and how they’re not double checking the meal before bringing out to customers because clearly we weren’t the only ones who had a messed up meal there. Don’t recommend, they need better management. this place honestly needs to be canceled because they clearly don’t handle well under pressure and or they need to seek out new management because clearly the managers that they have their other than maybe one of the female managers I seen today don’t know how to handle a restaurant.
