My wife and I purchased a 16 piece meal tonight, the chicken and biscuits were old, had obviously been sitting under heat lamps for way to long. Chicken was dry and biscuits were hard. We were not impressed and disappointed when we got home. Paid 50 bucks for this! Won’t go back again, very unlike KFC. Unhappy customer

Our dining experience was less than ideal. The manager was constantly yelling at the staff (you could sense the tension amongst the employees), the pop machine was broken, after our order they ran out of fried chicken, and the chicken we got was dry and luke warm. My daughter ordered the chocolate cake and it was given to us frozen solid! I went up and asked them to heat it and she said they don’t have a good way to do it so she put it on a warming pad (by the chicken). They brought it to us a few minutes later and the bottom was warm but the top was still frozen. I haven’t been to a KFC in years and now I remember why! Will not be going back.

We has a terrible dinner last night. The mashed potatoes tasted old there wasn’t much gravy in there. The bottom of the bowl was was tiny bit gravy on. My chicken was so dry I could hardly eat any. The final kicker was my best thing I love coleslaw. It had started to turn sour. I do have the receipt if you would like me to scan in. I couldn’t get it to go larger if you want I can scan it.

I tried placing a to-go order online at 9:15 as this location as it states online that it closes at 10pm. The website said I couldn’t place a to-go order so I called to confirm this locations hours, the lady on the phone told me yes they are open till 10pm. So I drove here and got there about 9:25. Once I got there the lady in the drive thru told me they didn’t have any chicken and they were all out, and all they had was chicken tenders. She was super rude and was obvious she was just trying to get rid of us. If this is a KFC known thing, can they at least change there hours since they don’t even have food till 10pm? Just close a at 8 since you don’t cook after that time.

I went in looking for the new cheetos sandwich and I wasn’t disappointed. The chicken was the best from probably any KFC that I’ve been to, and the restaurant itself was clean and staffed with friendly, capable employees. The location is convenient due to its proximity to other businesses, as I was able to do my weekly grocery shopping after lunch. Will definitely visit again.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. However regardless of what time I come, the chicken never seems fresh. I’ve ordered Nashville hot style bone in chicken, and not only was there almost no sauce, the chicken itself was dry and was as if it had been sitting under a warming light all day. The funnel cake sticks must be made to order because the one time I had them, they were excellent. I would assume this is either an issue at a corporate level or local senior management. Either way I avoid coming here.
