They seem to be always out of food. And I don’t get it every please around here staying open till at least 11. So they tell me that you are ordering the food at the trend. That explains why they are out of food by 7 pm.i think of at least two years ago and then ordering the food. Even if all you have to do is split it 50 50 that will still work more food for you people that do stop on the way home

The last 2 times I’ve went there, I ordered the 3 piece big box and it’s been nasty. Whoever is making the chicken, does not know what they are doing. There is so much coating on it that parts of the coating is not even cooked. It tastes nasty, it’s like it’s been sitting there all day or longer. I use to love KFC. Now I go to Popeyes.

Ordered delivery, specifically ordered original all dark meat. Got almost all white meat. Called to have it fixed and was told I didn’t order all dark meat and to reorder again and she would give me a umber for a refund. Total bs. Worst customer service ever. Wouldn’t recommend this kfc

We used to eat at this KFC once a week. We now drive three times as far to go to one we can count on to be open and willing to provide service. This one won’t even answer the phone so I can find out if the dining area is open. They are never busy when I drive by so it’s hard to believe it’s profitable so I wish they would close up and let someone competent take the spot.

Just visited this KFC five minutes ago and had a wonderful experience. The cashier was a positive, friendly young woman who’s attitude can make a person’s day. My receipt said her name is Asia, so I hope that’s true and the right person is receiving credit for this. Her customer service skills are incredible. Additionally, there was a young man with longer wavy hair who also shared a great attitude and brought my food out quickly. I wish I had more positive customer service experiences like this one. I hope the owner recognizes how great his/her employees are!
