My husband and I stopped shortly before noon on a Monday. Both restrooms were incredibly dirty, the women’s restroom did not have any toilet paper but the paper towels were stocked, and the men’s restroom had no paper towels but the toilet paper was stocked. The women’s restroom had a ‘caution wet floor’ cone stored in the corner, but the base of the cone was incredibly dirty. I found this odd, considering the only thing that would hypothetically touch this cone would be a clean, wet mop.

Worst fast food experience ever. Waited over 20 minutes for our order before deciding to ask why it was taking so long. The individual behind the counter (didn’t know it was the manager) said “I’ll get to it when I get to it”. After a disrespectful statement like that I told him to just get it done. He then threatened to throw me out . I obviously won’t be back and wish I could give zero stars.

Worst KFC experience ever. I ordered a 3 piece chicken. After waiting 20 minutes with no service I went up to the register. There were no employees in sight. After another 5 minutes I started to yell for help. They completely ignored me. Then a lady came out and made me the bad guy. She said “do you want to put on a uniform and serve yourself?” I said ” yes it will be faster than you”. I can see the chicken in the glass oven. I said just put 3 pieces on a plate. Then another employee came out and said you don’t talk to us like that and never come back. I said give me my money back and walked out. I can’t believe this is how they treat their customers.

35min in drivethru for 6 cars. 1 was leaving as I pulled up 1 left the line without food. It’s been atrocious for a long time now. The only reason we occasionally put ourselves through the nightmare that is KFC/ Taco Bell is because my wife occasionally craves it. I would too if it wasn’t a crapshoot on service, quality or even if the lobby will be open at any given time. It’s sad there’s no other good fried chicken options and we can’t get them to step their game up. But sadly we still hand them money for slop.

Worst experience ever!!! Walked in and every table was covered in crumbs and trash on the floor. You could hardly see through the windows with finger prints. Waited 10 mins for anyone to come up and some lady said ” what do you need” horrible. Go somewhere else

I don’t usually have this many issues with this location, but I am heated tonight. First, they did not send all my chicken strips with my door dash. I called and the only way to get them was to go get them. My husband went, paid for 10 strips (which made me angry since I had already paid for 8 I did not get) and they only gave him 5! What is going on there tonight? I am usually so nice, but this has been very upsetting. I just wanted some freaking chicken strips.
